Celebrating our 50th anniversary in 2021, we are situated at the edge of the breathtaking Blue Ridge Escarpment, providing easy access to nearby rivers and the intersection of two scenic routes, SC-11 and US-276. Open to the public, Palmetto Cove offers a wealth of attractions both on-site and in the surrounding area. Guests can explore the numerous hiking trails in nearby State Parks and Nature Preserves, or enjoy excellent mountain biking opportunities at Dupont State Forest. For those who love water activities, the nearby rivers are perfect for fishing or paddling. If you prefer to stay close to home, our campground features walking trails and private river frontage, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature without the need to drive.
