We absolutely loved the privacy and the beautiful surroundings! It was so quiet and peaceful, and yet we were only about 20 minutes from everything. Would definitely recommend! We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely campsites! There was ample room for tents and parking, plus a swing. It was a clear night so I took to sky-watching in the wee (wee!) hours and saw a meteor shooting straight overhead. Good experience and convenient to travel corridor, too.

I loved the property and the camper was comfortable. I’m going to give it 5 stars, but holy spider webs. Needs a deep clean. I loved going over to see the horses. There were no check in, checkout, or RV instructions but I figured it out.

The campsites were very spacious, remote and very well kept. Each site had a grill,picnic table, swing and bundles of firewood were provided. The creek behind our site was very peaceful. Sites were very easy to get to as well. We would definitely recommend and or use again if we are traveling down that way again.

Perfect secluded spot not far from the highway. As another reviewer mentioned, we did hear some road noise, but it wasn’t louder than all the crickets and wildlife. Our favorite Hipcamp spot by far! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic time aside from a big rainfall and road noise!The sites were clean, stocked with firewood, and the outhouse was a lifesaver. The property is well kept and the wooden swings are very lovely.
Our only gripe was how close we were to the road and highway noises. No one else had mentioned this in reviews nor is it in the listing but you are very close to a main roadway and close enough to 85 to hear cars/trucks/honking etc all day and night. If we didn't have that, it would be a perfect location. The host was also very friendly and made sure we wanted both sites prior to our stay.
This was the perfect campsite. All of the reviews and pictures were exactly what we experienced. It felt incredibly private, the only other campsite was far away but nobody had rented it the night we went camping. The outhouse was nice, my kids and dog loved little creek nearby, and the firewood that was provided was an awesome touch. There was so much space to spread out and hearing the owls at night was a very cool experience. We will definitely be back again!

Campsite was as described in the listing; freshly mowed and inviting. Lots of space to spread out or if you had others camping with you. Our class C had no trouble going down the drive to the site and finding a level spot. David was a great host, good communication and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

I loved tent camping on David’s land. I set up next to the creek. The shared working toilet outhouse was convenient. It felt very private. Lots of firewood. Very peaceful. Communication with David was seamless.

The site was great, we had the place to ourselves as the other site was not booked the evening we were there. It was peaceful, well maintained and had ample wood available; The flushing toilet was a huge plus as well. David was great with communication and made the stay completely hassle free. Directions were precise and Gaffney, town with plenty of stores and restaurants for resupply, was only about a 15 minute drive from the site. Would absolutely book again.

Very accommodating in communication and in making a spot at last minute. Driveway well marked.
Even though you're actually in somebody's backyard it feels so incredibly private with picnic bench, firing, stream, swing and plenty of firewood! There's even a flushable toilet in the outhouse!

Very well appointed site on a creek. Plenty of seasoned firewood in a shed / fire pit and grill for use and David had removed all leaves from the immediate camping area prior to our arrival. Great stay. Easy access. Thanks!
Great host checked on us in the beginning and made sure we had wood for a fire .That's right wood who eles does that .no one .Great job on That. there camp ground had a swing and clean area .fire ring and running creek .Will be back

Great spot! I really enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit and the bench swing.
We had an absolute blast camping here! It felt so private like we had it all to ourselves! Our first night we had some wicked bc but gorgeous, thunderstorms. We ubered into York to trip around for a while, played cards and just enjoyed listening to the creek trickling so close to us.
Great location, big enough for everyone! We felt secluded, though we were not far from the highway!
I had the best time! This was my first ever camping trip, and it was perfect. It's just off of the interstate and easy to find. Camping are was open to the sky and immaculate. Big metal fire ring with more free chopped firewood than I could have used in a week! Cute wooden swing with cup holders in front of the fire pit with a large picnic table, too. Rustic bathroom with great big spigot next to it. The camp also had all the little important extras free to use like a broom, toilet paper, kindling, etc. It was wonderful listening to the stream and hearing all of nature at sunrise and sunset. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful, safe space!!!
Loved the little setup David has down by the creek! Secluded enough to feel away from it all but not hard to find. We loved enjoying the fire pit and listening to the creek running. Would 100% recommend and come back in the future.
