The farm was once a portion of the McTureus Plantation. Tony's family members were once enslaved on the plantation. Upon Emancipation a family member bought land and it remained in the family. Tony is a descendant of those family members whose foresight allowed us to be here today. Tony's parents entrusted the care and preservation of the property to us and we are doing our best to be good stewards and teach the value of this property to our children and young grandchildren.

Magnolia Trail (Campsite #1)

The site was incredible. A beautiful clearing with plenty of room for our vehicle and a tent, and it was a treat to have a bathroom tent already set up, with a real (rv) toilet! We also loved the fire pit with tree trunk seats. The site was private and felt like we were alone in the beautiful woods! Communication with the host was clear, and helpful. Would def stay again.

Magnolia Trail (Campsite #1)

My husband and I needed a little staycation, unplugged from technology, we had a campfire and had some of the delicious baked goods they offer, road bike, went to beach and read The Middleton’s story. Lovely people Belinda and Tony are. We would stay again.

Live Oak (Campsite 2)

Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. Lots of room and shady trees in the summertime. We had water and electricity which was very helpful camping. I would definitely recommend this campsite to anyone.

Magnolia Trail (Campsite #1)

We spent 4 nights at the friendly fowl farm. The campsite was clean and private. The owners were very nice and accommodating when we needed something but otherwise let us enjoy peace and quiet. The price was amazing with how close it was to the ocean and other things to do. If we make it down again we will definitely be back and would 💯 refer all our friends there.

This is a secluded spot. Its level and well shaded. Belinda and Tony are very welcoming. This is a working farm.

The campsite was very easy to find, and very private. Access to water and a restroom was a plus. Will be back again!
