We stayed in a camper van on Sherry’s land. It was a magical place and so worth going out of our way a bit on a long journey. Such a pleasant surprise upon entering the property. The chickens and goats and sweet dog Blue! Sherry was awesome and the whole experience was great. Stay here!

This was the first time, I ever camped. Thus I really liked that the tent was ready for me on a platform with an air mattress and bedding. I had privacy and was fully surrounded by trees and it was a really good first experience for me as a solo traveler. I chose this location for several reasons. 1) It was close to highway and made a great halfway stop-over from S. Florida to NC without going to far off the HWY. 2) When I saw it was on a farm with goats and chickens, my curiosity was piqued. This was an excellent way to relax before my next stop. I stayed two nights. I enjoyed the sunset sky over the tree line.
There is an a cabin option, also. (or you can pitch your own tent!)
I enjoyed meeting Sherry, the host, and chatting with her about the farm and she gave me great suggestions for local areas to visit. There is an opportunity to get fresh eggs and honey from her. The pears were ready, so I got got some of those. I really appreciate what Sherry has done to make this property a comfortable stay.

Sherry was a wonderful host and super accommodating. The outdoor shower, toilet, and sink were very nice, and the campsite was wonderful. I felt super safe and comfortable in the area and on Sherry’s property. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a comfortable stay camping overnight. Shower water was nice and hot. Our hostess was great, letting our girls feed the goats and collect eggs. We definitely would return if in the area again!

I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter in a tent while passing through SC. First and foremost, Sherry was incredibly hospitable! She taught us about her farming experience and allowed my daughter to help her feed the animals (which are fun, friendly and adorable). Her animals are very well loved and cared for. Her land is beautiful and very accommodating to our needs (thank you for an outdoor shower after all the humidity)!
The camping site was by the garden where she allowed us to sample fresh strawberries and pears. There were two fire pits and lots of chairs to relax in.
But maybe even better than all of this were the freshly laid eggs (available for purchase) from her free range chickens! I promise, I’ve never tasted a better egg! Overall, 12/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! It was spotless, super comfy and had very cute decor. There were lots of very thoughtful touches which made it obvious how much the host cared about quality. The property was beautiful and it was so fun to see the goats and chickens. Location wise, it was close enough to places like Hilton Head and Savannah to do a day trip, but far enough to feel somewhat secluded. We also loved the hot shower and clean bathroom. While the cabin is located in the host’s yard, it’s tucked in the back and we always felt like we had enough privacy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Very relaxing to chill around the picnic tables or firepit after visiting surrounding areas. Clean area for bathrooms and shower. Added bonus for a heated shower 💙. Beautiful property and enjoyed walking around and watching the roosters and hens run around. Beth was there and able to assist us when needed.

Sherry has a really pretty place and was very friendly. It’s easy day trip distance to both Savannah and Charleston if you need something to do. I stayed in the tent site, which wasn’t as private as I had hoped. I stayed under the arch with the road directly behind which makes it a little noisy during the day although it slows down at night.

Lovely place! Plenty of space between the three spaces for privacy, great communication and clear instructions from hosts, and the goats and chickens are absolutely adorable! We stayed in the tiny cabin and it was Super comfy! Would come again!

We loved our stay with Sherry and Patrick, our attentive hosts. The bed was super comfy and we loved seeing the chickens and goats each morning. Also, there were several bonus features like fresh towels and roomy space to set up our outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed the fresh eggs too! We would highly recommend this space!

My partner and I stayed in a tree tent on Amy’s farm. It was fun to interact with some of the animals on the farm and have access to fresh water and a bathroom. I enjoyed the small oasis away from the big city of Savannah. Just 30 minutes from downtown. Amy was very responsive and ready to help with whatever you need.

We loved our glamping stay here! It was a cozy tent with everything we needed. We came back after a day of exploring and sat around the fire. Loved all the farm animals. Our family had an awesome one night stay at Oaks and Orchard. We were so comfortable in our glamming set up. The hosts were incredibly flexible and hospitable. We bought delicious organic eggs and fire wood for our camping adventure the next night. The hosts let us enjoy the fruits of their labors by cuddling and feeding their farm animals. My kids absolute loved our stay their.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Hipcamp! Amy is was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating. It was a treat to get to observe all the farm animals and play with the twi very friendly dogs.

Amy made sure all our questions were answered before, during, and after out stay there with out travel trailer. We loved being on a working farm with goats and chickens. It was a joy to experience for us and our dogs.

The site was very nicely set up and we overall had a great time until it was time to sleep. There were several roosters who crowing very loudly starting at 2:30 am and never stopped. It was so bad we ultimately packed up and left camp at 5am. I am a light sleeper, but my husband who sleeps through anything still didn't get any sleep. It was super disappointing because I wanted to stay longer and check out the farm. Additionally, there was a cute kitten who kept trying to scratch into our tent half the night. None of these appeared to be an issue for those in RVs or other reviewers in the belle tent so it may just be something to keep in mind if you are tent camping. Other than the noise and playful sleepless kitten it was very nice and super nice bathrooms for camping. Not sure if I would recommend.

Amy and her husband were so kind and hospitable! The tent was so cozy and perfect and the fire, string lights and stars at night were all we needed! We also got some fresh eggs from the farm! Thanks for everything, Amy!
