We had a great camping trip here! It was our toddler's first trip, and he can't stop talking about how fun it was. He loved visiting the animals and running up and down the trail. Our spot was private and easy to get to. I think if we did it again with him (and our absurdly giant tent) we would go with the Orchard site because it looked a little bigger, but we were very comfortable. Like any piece of woods in New England, it's not a bad thing to have poison ivy wipes with you, especially if you're with a tiny human who loves to disregard the paths. We loved having farm fresh eggs in the morning! We already recommended it to friends.

We stayed here for one night while on a longer road trip. It was a perfect place to stop over and spend a night. The goats were my favorite part. It is a walk in site but they had left out a cart for us to use. We also had our own so it made load in/load out really easy. Very private spot.

Such a cozy and lovely little spot to go camping for the first time! Krystine was super accommodating and it was such a great time. We got the s'mores add on and there was firewood leftover for us to use- we just had to return the favor for the next guests to use. Definitely plan on coming again soon :)

Great little spot to camp, not far from the bike trail! Krystine was a wonderful host, good communicator, and also told me about free firewood that a previous guest had left behind.

Absolutely loved at stay! The site was very well kept, had a 5 gallon jug with a dispenser waiting for us when we arrived. Krystine was even kind enough to lend us her ladder for the weekend while we put up tarps to protect us from the rain. The farm animals were super cute and friendly. When asking for wood she had her husband bring it all the way down to our site where he stacked it and made sure we were all taken care of.
The trees offered great shade and the toilet was very close by. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking to get away and reconnect with nature.

The site was beautiful and Krystine was a great host. We booked last minute on a holiday weekend bike-packing journey, so we were so grateful for the accommodations. The site was clean, there was fresh water, and a clean camp latrine. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing evening and a nice retreat during our travels.

My husband and I biked in and camped overnight here. It was delightful. Easy to find, well placed tent clearing, very scenic, and such considerate hosts! I added the extra firewood bundle and coffee / hard boiled eggs. Both were exactly what we needed. I highly recommend camping here.

My son and I spent 2 nights camping here. It was a nice site for a tent, and a hammock and a great fire pit, although you really had to stay on the trail due to poison ivy.
The hosts were very nice, and it was cool to have the animals around and fresh eggs for breakfast.

Nice view and relaxing atmosphere for camping but there are somethings you should know about it.
1. You have to walk for about 3-5min from parking site to the camp site.
2. There is one fire pit, one picnic table, and one portable water that you have to share with other campers whoever you’d share the open filed farm with.
3. Toilet’s located at pretty seclude place but no privacy at all.
4. There is a rooster that starts calling out at 3-4 am until 7-8 am.

Came here with a group of 10 friends and our dog - our stay could not have been any better. Perfectly secluded little area but the hosts are available at any point & extremely helpful :) would book again!!

I would never have guessed that this was a camp site if you didn’t tell me! The grass had not been cut for a long time, the outdoor furnitures were not very well kept and the toilet…. hmm.
Clean water was good though.
In the morning the rooster woke me up quite early - no big deal, I’m a morning person!

This place is so peaceful! It was my first time solo camping with my gear and wanted to take baby steps before going to a more remote place. it was perfect the host was so nice and always asked if I needed anything. The breakfast was awesome before the drive back home . Definitely a family friendly place too with games to play and feeding the animals on the property

This property was really beautiful and relaxed. It was a treat to see the pigs, goats, and dogs, Was super happy that they provided bug spray, lanterns, and trash bins. It’s the little details that make a stay easy and memorable.

I camped at Milk Thistle on the 3rd night of a 200 mile 10 day walk across New England and New York. The site was perfect, simple and beautiful. The egg bacon and toast breakfast was great. If anyone reading this is a LOTR fan, I felt like I was being taken care of by Goldberry and Tom Bombadil. I’ll definitely be back!

I loved seeing the farm animals and petting the dogs! Krystine was very friendly, answered my questions, showed me around, and even offered an excellent dinner recommendation. The site is perfect for tenting under the stars, with a covered table and chairs, a composting toilet, and a fire pit all nearby.

Krystine is an excellent host, welcoming us and introducing us to the farm animals, very responsive to questions, and has put together a charming camp area. Would recommend to anyone looking to camp with the added bonus of a small family farm. The fresh eggs are delish.

What a great spot! We enjoyed our stay as well as the animal feeding and breakfast add ons. Krystine has some very sweet and friendly animals and wow can she whip up a delicious breakfast with fresh chicken eggs! The camp spot was lovely and had she thought of everything we might need. I would highly recommend staying here. Big bonus that the location is just a few minutes from the Washington secondary bike path and there are two beautiful Audubon properties within a few minutes biking distance from the camp.

The raked path through the woods (with solar lighting) lent a secluded feel to this lovely tent site which was nicely mown and level. Our host was responsive and friendly; she left us some cold spring water and bug spray. The large tent with picnic tables and corn hole went unused by us but would have been great for a cookout if our schedule had allowed. We admired the pallet fences (well-built and resourceful) for the goats and chickens. Stay here for a lovely evening.
