We are beginning farmers on 25 acres, we have lots of livestock here and a unique collection of plants starting out in our nursery. The property is in closed in rock walls and includes a cemetery that dates back to the 1800s. Please wear shoes our property has been a homestead/farm for a couple hundred years and does have broken glass as a result. On the property is a large rock grouping that is about the size of a modern full sized truck. We have a watering hole on the property that is spring fed and usually clear… unless the ducks get in. You can totally filter the water for drinking, we drink it. Our farm is more of a primitive campground, parking is not at your campsite. The walk is 3-5 minutes from the parking area. We have a composting toilet on site and plenty of deadwood to collect for burning. Please do not bring firewood We do message every camper after they book giving instructions on how to get here to save our neighbors from unwanted guests, please check for our message. Nice place!
Chestnut hill is a wonderful place to stay! I arrived a bit too late in the night to set up my tent so i slept in my car. But the next morning Brad kindly gave me a tour of their beautiful land and I got to see all of their animals! I definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay! Friendly host (and friendly dogs!), driveway was a little hard to spot from the road when we rolled up after sundown but the directions they provided were super helpful. The campsite was comfortable as far as primitive camping goes. Would recommend!

Vehicle campsite
Our first camp this season with new cartop tent. Worked out perfectly for car camping! Land is nice and tucked away from the road. Hosts are very cool. Bring your kids and pets, beware though they might not want to leave! Lots of cute animals. Tour was very informative. Only 5 minutes drive from fishing/swimming spot. Would recommend and come again 100%

Vehicle campsite
Great car camping site
Chestnut Hill was great camping. Our site was perfect for car camping it was secluded enough from the rest of the farm and they had other more secluded walk in sites available. Overall the land was beautiful and had lots of history to it even even it's own cemetery (bring your spirit box). Highly suggested the farm tour, they have over 200 animals on property. The owners are well studied on local plant and animal farming tactics dating back to 1700s. Hopkinton is close to the RI beaches and also has a local pond with a fishing spot that sits on a giant granite rock which has bass pickeral and trout. Owners are relaxed and add to the experience. Would definitely revisit this place again.
