Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.
Small residential lot with a 36’ pad for backing in or pulling through. Enjoy a spacious shared backyard with a grill and an alternate fire pit. The fenced yard offers a relaxing atmosphere and privacy from the outside. Water is available, along with optional waste disposal ($10) and a 110V / 30Amp plug-in. In addition to welcoming Hipcamp guests, we also host a two-room BnB that friends or family can book based on availability.Single RV parking spot next to our home. (42' MAX) Spacious back yard for sitting w/fire pit, small tables and chairs. Hose for potable water, 30A electric hook-up, and waste discharge for a one time use fee; temporary use. Short walk to town, or harbor. Playground very close by.

It was very nice, very well located and the hosts are so kind. Got welcomed with a glass of wine, cannot be better! Lots of recommendation to wonder around, I highly recommend.

Perfect Newport base camp
Camp Newportant
Jim and Amy’s spot might not be the traditional Hipcamp setting (it’s in their driveway) but it’s the perfect place to explore Newport if you’re in an RV. Just park and you’re a short walk to downtown and the water with easy access to drive the famous Ocean Drive. And as hosts, you won’t find any better. Experts on the area/history and always willing to assist with anything you need…and don’t miss out on the campfire experience in the backyard—it’s a great hang!
