Amazing peice of paradise!
We loved this spot, it was absolutely tranquillity for our family of 4! Waking up with river views every morning was so relaxing and peaceful. The area was bug enough for our camper trailer and SUV.

Gorgeous campsite!
This place has everything you need out of a hip camp! Amenities and camp kitchen both filled with charm. Bonus points for the free use of the washing machine.
The river access on the property is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon if you have a tinny.

Beautiful camp sites! Might sound weird but the cleanest toilets I've seen! The lady that bought our firewood down was a sweetheart and went out of her way to help. Definitely coming back

Camping with kids and a dog
My family and I loved our stay here. The toilet and showers were very clean and had amazing hot water, the kids loved the kids bath. We chose a lot with fire pit and slightly away from kitchen/toilet on the top of the little hill. The view was beautiful.

Already booked another stay!
Excellent campsite! Large flat area with nice plush grass, has water right next to it and it’s own firepit, as close to the amenities and camp kitchen as you’ll get. Sue dropped off our firewood and even supplied some more solid hardwood when discovered we were cooking with a camp oven, We had a great stay and have already booked another 2 nights for a few weeks time, 10/10 campsite and facilities

Lovely quiet place to stay
Lovely quiet place to stay. We stayed in powered site 9 and it was absolutely massive, could fit 2 caravans, 2 cars and a Motorhome easily. Clean amenities and camp kitchen was awesome with everything you need. The ground was a little rocky, so a few bent pegs, but we would love to come back.

Hidden Gem! Such a great spot. Clean amenities, green grassy sites, great camp kitchen and heaps for the kids to do. Shelly dropped some hay off for the kids to feed the cows and horses. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

Loved our 3 nights at River Run Farm Camping. Spacious powered site with non potable water supply for caravans/camper trailers. Powered site 2 was very close to the amenities, so are all other powered ones too. There is a small kids bath tub attached to the amenities. "Very" clean hot showers and flushing toilets - I mean it. Nearby paddock had horses, donkeys and some cows. New set of swings for adults and kids. Our 10month old enjoyed some time in the swing. Communal kitchen has some plates, coffee mugs, cutleries and 2 x microwave ovens etc. Fridge and hotwater urn appeared to be turned off but I'm assuming due to not enough people on the property. Big screen TV and covered seating in the communal area shed. Quiet and relaxing place. Dump station available at the property which was very handy. Make sure you have taken all the rubbish with you as there is no waste disposal at the site. Closest waste transfer station is 20mins away. Heaps of non powered sites too. Camp site was well set out and the amenities are fantastic. The whole place was very clean and tidy. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the stay. Unpowered site 15 was nice and close to everything with great views.

Hidden gem on the river
Absolutely enjoyed this short trip away from home . Dog friendly! a hidden gem on the river. Sue was friendly and helpful dropping off the fire wood . Clean amenities and great outdoor space . Lots of animals . We’ll be back

RIVERFRONT Unpowered 39 (4wd Only)
River Run Farm Camp is very well set up & maintained property with a super clean shower/ toilet block & laundry. Along with a camp kitchen. There's even access to a basic dump point on the way out, which was quite a surprise. All of the facilities are located in the powered & unpowered section as you come into the property.
When booking riverfront sites (4x4 access) 35 - 40 are all waterfront sites. On the map it looks like there are only 3 waterfront sites with 3 other sites up behind them, but all sites are on the waterfront.
We stayed on a river edge site no.39. All sites are nice and grassy & are a generous size, most have some shade which is good for some but not really what you want if you're running solar like we do. Michelle was more than happy for us to swap site's but I couldn't work out how to do it through Hipcamps so we stayed on our allocated spot.
Access to the river for kayaking or swimming is best down at the boat ramp as the bank at the river sites are quite steep. We were lucky enough to have a bit of a track that led down to the river edge at the front of our site. This would be the only site that had some river access.
Our negatives: You could hear the hiway traffic and trains at times.
There's also a watersking club a few klms down river so there was quite a bit of water traffic and the noise of jetskis was a bit much us. Other than that, it's a great little spot on the Mary River & we will be back.

Had a lovely stay at River Run Farm Camping. Amenities were wonderful, clean and tidy. Fabulous water pressure in the showers. Will come back again soon.
