we are 4wd campers towing moderate sized vans, camper trailers etc. ample room to set up for 7 vehicles all with an amount of privacy. shower / toilet clean & fully serviced with usables etc. no complaints from 13 men & women. stumbled across Dani & Anna's place; make sure you get there at some stage.

Dany and Anna’s place is less than a two hour drive from Cairns. It’s great for a long weekend and only two campsites are on their property and are private. Site 2 is flat and easy to set up your camper or caravan. The fire pit is great and there is plenty of firewood available. Dany and Anna are lovely and have certainly created their own ‘sweet life’ as the name of their property suggests (La Dolce Vita).
You can hear the traffic from the site - but it is quiet at night and the kookaburras, butterflies, kangaroos, chickens, roosters, goats and dogs make up for any daytime noise you may hear. ❤️

Easy to get to, directions easy to understand & follow. Beautiful relaxing spot, only one other camp-site a distance away hidden by the trees.
Great fire pit and Dany has the fire wood all ready for you. Dany is friendly and welcoming.

Great space to set up with the family, only a short drive from Cairns, and hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Nice to have access to toilet and hot shower on their property. Heaps of firewood for a good fire every night.

A lovely private camp site with good shade and a great fire pit with plenty of fire wood. Excellent hosts in Dany and Ann, can't speak highly enough of them!
The location is a short drive to the Walsh River and driving exploring the mining history of the area.

Lovely little spot down in a gully, beautiful clearing with plenty of timber for a fire. Lots of kookaburra's around to say hello and the hosts were super friendly. It was great being able to use the outdoor shower and toilet too. Great stay!

Dany and Anna were lovely and accomodating. The kids reckon it is the best place they have ever camped and loved to feed the animals. Lovely private campsite and facilities available at the house when needed. Would love to explore the area more and find some good swimming spots nearby. We were also given lots of delicious fresh tablelands fruit. We will definitely be back 😃⛺️ 🐶 🐐

Thankyou Dany & Anna for sharing your beautiful property with us! Campsites are very spacious with shade and a tap (need to treat for drinking). Dany & Anna are very accomodating & friendly, we were allowed to use their external toilet/shower which was great for others in our family group that didnt have their own facilities. Dog friendly too which is amazing as can be off leash in your campsite (if trained). A nice walk up to see their friendly goats and ducks/chickens. Nice creek swimming a 2 min drive away. Only problem we had was the weather which we dont have control over but at this time of year you expect that I guess, had some trouble getting out with our 20ft caravan due to heavy rain but Dany & Anna helped us out but unfortunately with some damage to their track with much regret but we will definitely be back! We had the best time!

This is in our top 5 days in QLD!!!! Danny and Anna were the most friendly hosts and keen dog lovers! We had a very spacious and private site all to our selves, with a shallow creek and fire pit! Dogs were allowed off lead which was the best for them! There are chooks, ducks and goats to see! There is also a toilet and shower and washing machine if you need. This place is located within the Atherton tablelands and a great base to explore the area! This would also be a great place to stay as a group as your private site could easily house a large group of vans, so if you are looking for somewhere awesome to stay in the tablelands this is the spot! Thanks Danny and Anna, absolute legends, 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 Five paws from us

Amazing welcome. Dany & Ana were super friendly. They had a cold beverage & fire set up for us on arrival. All the farm animals and two pet dogs were also very welcoming. Great private and spacious scenic location. Close to Dimbulah town centre and a short trip from Chillago. We especially enjoyed a good chat with them both. Recommend staying on there beautiful property. We will definitely be back for a visit.

Dany was a fabulous host. The location itself was beautiful and private. The kids had so much fun playing with the animals and feeding them. Kids said it is the best place they have stayed this far from all our other previous places we have camped. Plenty of firewood ready to go. Dany went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. Definitely heading back up there for a visit again.

Great Stay on the farm, dinner under the stars, open fire, perfectly presented camp site, what more can one ask for.
Really enjoyed the experience so much better than a commercial park, with services as well a shower and toilet.
Thanks guys we will be back and tell our friends, if you are headed to Dimbula a perfect place to stay.

Dany was very welcoming and friendly.
We appreciated being able to take our dogs too. Dany had kindly pre cut some firewood so we could have a campfire.
Water available at the camp site. We took our Porta Potti and ensuite tent but there was a shower and toilet available to use up at the house outside on the patio. Lovely big area for our 3 camper trailers and vehicles. Not crowded in at all. Nice relaxing weekend.
