Was a cattle property some time ago. Now a lifestyle property of 178 acres. We have 4 seasonal creeks with amazing boulders and scenery. We are only 4kms from Mt Perry township. Mt Perry is a RV friendly town and offers free hot and cold showers, washing machine per load $2.00, Mingo Crossing, Ban Ban Springs, Gayndah, Mundubbera and Monto just to name a few, great for day trips from your camp on our property. Here you can enjoy mountain views with undulated land. There is an old historical hand dug mine site dated 1880 for gold. Fig trees are dotted around the property great spot for camping. Peace and quite with great sunsets and sunrises over the property and mountains. Camping is available for tents, caravans/motorhomes and camping trailers on a property of 178 acres. Close to local town of Mt Perry, Mingo Crossing, Gold Mine, Ban Ban Springs, Paradise Dam. Plenty of places to camp where you will have your own space. The local pub at Mt Perry and the local shops are only a few minutes' drive from our property and does meals if you want a night out whilst camping. There is only 50m of dirt road to drive on, the rest is bitumen road to get to Fig Tree Camp if you use Monto Road as you route.

Fig Tree Camp
Total R & R whilst Camping.
We loved camping at Fig Tree Camp Site - Huge area with large camp site areas, allowing families at one end & sites at other end for people needing quiet time for their R & R. Bit of a walk to the new amenities which were VERY clean $3 for shower (was hot then went cold arhh) (recommend taking your own amenities). Directions were a little misleading - Instead of saying (No 1 Town Creeks Rd), Try 619 Town Creeks Rd, (might be more helpful), come in thru town & past the showground, otherwise you go over more dirt road, then what Hipcamp tells you. No treasures found fossicking, but had a great time.

Loved staying at Figtree. The owners were very welcoming. Lots of room. The horse is super friendly and loves carrots. We will be back.

Fig Tree Camp
It was a bit pricey for a place with no facilities not even level camp spots in a lot of places. View was great though. We went down by the creek and camp sites had paper and old tin lying around. Hipcamp site didn't clearly state price was per person.

Fig Tree Camp
Chilling & Fossicking
We had a great stay. A very clean and spacious camp ground and we enjoyed fossicking at the old mine site. Very friendly hosts and the new toilets an added bonus. We will be back.
