We loved our stay at Steve's place. Stayed on a long weekend everyone was well spaced out. Enjoy a camp fire and a swim in the river. Daisy our Cavoodle had a lovely stay as well

We loved camping at Dolce Vita Amamoor ,it wasnt busy for a long weekend. The only noise was coming from the frogs and crickets. So if you want to get away from it all then this is the place.

What a great place. Would have liked a bit more water in the creek with the hot days we had. But other than that it was perfect. Not too busy loved there was no phone reception, nice detox.

Thanks Frankie and Steve for opening your property to us. A great little spot to get away from it all. Plenty of space, beautiful surrounds and well kept. Appreciated the clean portaloo. The creek was a little low but still lovely to camp by. Couldn’t hear any other campers at night and the night sky was beautiful. Will go again.

We loved our stay at La Dolce Vita @ Amamoor Creek it was a very relaxing stay on the creek. With plenty of room for us to set up. It was very peaceful in the beautiful landscape of the lush green fields and creek trickling in the background. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Thanks Steve

I’m very new to Hipcamp app and La Dolce Vita is my first experience. Absolutely love this farm. Amazing open view of the forest and the creek. You can choose your own camp site. Convenient with mobile portable toilet trailer. Warm welcoming from Steve with many helpful guidance for Amamoor Creek area. Highly recommended.

We were there on a public holiday weekend but you still felt like you had space. It was green and spacious. Lots of fun walking and exploring the creek bed and portaloos were clean and always had toilet paper. Quiet and beautiful would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved that the whole camping area was very well kept. Having portable toilets there was great, even though we took our toilet, we used the portaloos as they were also kept clean . Steve the owner was lovely, he allowed us to walk over his property. Also being dog friendly as our dogs loves getting out in the bush as much as we do.

Lovely open paddock. Well maintained. Clean porta-loos. Creek was beautiful but rocky and as adults we could not swim (not deep enough)
Great if you can drag a camping chair down and wet your feet.

I loved our weekend at La Dolce Vita the directions were perfect the camp ground was well looked after with plenty of shade. Even though the weekend (Kings Birthday) was very busy there was enough room so that everyone had their own space. Would definitely do a return visit.

I really enjoyed the site it was well maintained, the toilets were clean and there was a beautiful creek. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with Steve. I was traveling with a group of friends and was the last one to arrive. Therefore I did not know I needed to check in at the house. I went down to site but had to go back to the town to grab a few items. When I came back to site there was a line of cars and Steve directed me to pull out of the line and come to the front. I told him my name, whose booking I was part of etc. he then asked me why I didn’t check in at the houses before and I said I didn’t realize I had to given that I was the last of the party, he then said I had to give him additional money to what I had already paid. I said I didn’t realize and what was the best way to pay him. He said cash and I said I don’t have cash on me atm. He then said “well you better find a way to come up with the $20”. He told me to go then came back and asked specifically for my name again.
My friend later spoke to him and explained to him that I was part of her booking and had already paid. He then insincerely apologized and said that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that’s why he was confused. I had told him my name, whose booking I was under etc.
Makes me sad to write this as I had a really good time but the way I was treated was so poor.

Beautiful open field that was separated from the road so no dust. Porta loo was a God send. Creek was lovely but low. Good supply of cut wood from Steve. Beautiful misty mornings, calm and serene surroundings.

What a beautiful place to stay. From the moment my dog and I arrived at the farm we felt welcome and safe, as a solo female traveller that's really important. Fantastic grassed campsites well spaced apart with big firepits. The creek is absolutely gorgeous and deep enough to swim in, you can see the love and care that's put into maintaining the property. Amazing star gazing and wildlife everywhere, I was lucky enough to hear koalas at night and meet an Azure Kingfisher during the day. Highly recommend this hipcamp for any style of traveller

It was a great campsite! Lovely hosts as well! A lot of area for everyone to have their own space and heaps of flat areas to lay out our tent. Having a toilet onsite was an added bonus and it was very clean.

We had a fantastic time at La Dolce Vita. Host Steve is great bloke and the campground is huge with plenty of spots to set up camp. Lots of fire rings as well and a well maintained portaloo trailer. Quality firewood in large bags is available to buy there for $20. Will most definitely be camping here again and happy to recommend it to others looking for a reasonably priced Hipcamp. Thanks Steve👍

Steve was very polite and friendly when we first arrived, he pointed to the camping location. There was heaps of spots to choose from and all grasses and well spaced out. Will definitely be back again

I loved camping at Steve's property at Amamoor Creek. We had heaps of room, the creek was really close by and there was heaps of room for my dog to run around. Steve welcomed us at the campsite and was extremely friendly and nice. We will be back!
