Camping, fine cuisine and art
Really great adventure at Anton’s. Nice flat grassy camping spots, amazing food that can be ordered and the pleasure of admiring Anton’s art in his studio makes this place a very wonderful adventure. Definitely recommend this place and will hopefully be returning again!

Enroute stop worked for us
It worked out well for us as we were stopping for a quick overnight. We felt welcomed and Anton was a great host. It would not be a spot that we would stay more than a night; just enroute to eastern QC.

Site 6 - Hope Farm, 30 km to Montreal
Anton's property was perfect for our 13ft little camper. We had privacy and access to the bathroom with a shower. It was a perfect location as our basecamp for 5 days to drive into into Montreal every day (30 mins drive). Anton was an amazing host and easily reachable by phone. You must order his delicious austrian dumplings, bread and the austrian chocolate cake. Top it off, his brother and sister who were just as gracious happened to be visiting from Austria during our stay and shared an amazing cake they baked as we were packing up to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anton's.

Anton was an exceptional host and made us feel most welcome. We were the only ones on the property in our motorhome. Space was level and shady. We ran electric from his studio to our RV using extension cord. Kept fridge power on but never ran AC. Doubt we would have been able to do that. Weather was great and the place is quiet. Anton generously gave us some eggs from his hens and also had wonderful tips on visiting Montreal. We stayed 4 nights. Would definitely stay again.

Anton's place is incredibly beautiful, a little oasis tucked away amidst the surrounding cornfields. It provided the perfect (quiet!) final camping stop for us on our bike trip to Montréal. We were blown away by Anton's generosity & friendliness. And the pool was a real unexpected perk! Would highly recommend this spot to anybody passing through the region, on bike or otherwise.

Beautiful site with loud sounds
We loved this site. There were different places to camp among wildflowers and trees. Anton is a cool and gracious host. There is a pool. Only downside were the agricultural canons (to scare rodents from corn fields nearby) that went off in the morning from about 7 am onward. The drive to most points on the city we wanted to go was about 40 mins.

Friendly host, serene surroundings
Anton is a magnificent host. The site we stayed in was surrounded by wildflowers. Very peaceful. Beautifully located and not far from Montreal. Thank you, Anton!

Great Meadow. Not for large trailer
Overall, Anton was very accommodating and kind. We had some vehicle troubles and came into the property late. Our site was not marked on the property and in our opinion the location is not set up appropriately for the size of our trailer, it was very hard to maneuver. The side meadow was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing to have coffee in the morning.

Just South of Montreal
Great little hideaway. The host called and texted ahead to make sure I could find the entrance and assisted with backing into the spot. This host was also very flexible with the date and time of my arrival. Anton also provided excellent food products that he listed on his booking site and his chef skills didn't disappoint. Super generous and friendly. Great spot. Much appreciated.

Enjoyable Montreal escape
We had 2 adults, a dog and bunny in our 23 ft travel trailer driving across Canada. Anton is a chef and makes his own beer, so it was a real treat our first night to have pizza and beer with him. Anton is very kind and made sure we were comfortable. There were some canons that went off throughout the day to keep pests out of the nearby cornfield that may be bothersome if you sleep late or chose to tent, but it didn't bother us much as our AC ran most of the time. There were beautiful wildflowers everywhere and the pool offered a nice way to cool down at the end of a hot/humid day. A nice little retreat out of the city with some privacy.
