Most of our 70 acres land is covered by a gorgeous forest accessible by trails. You may even install your tent there! There's a creek with soothing sound from its from water. You may also meditate and garden together with Dada (a yoga monk living on the property). There are nearby famous sites, namely: Chutes de Plaisance, 9 minutes away from here. Parc Omega 17 minutes from here. Fairmont Le Château Montebello.

Version Française ci-dessous Pitch your tent in our forest atop a light hill and have access to your own picnic table. The campsite is 7 minutes walk from the main house, so you will have complete privacy The main house is a log house of almost 150 years. Dada (the yoga monk) stays here; you may join him for meditation and yoga if you want. You are just a 9 minute drive away from the famous "Chutes de Plaisance" waterfall. We allow you to bring your 4-legged friends with you, but unfortunately at this time we do not allow campfires. We can't wait to meet you! Please ask if you have any questions. Le camping est à 7 minutes à pied de la maison principale, vous aurez donc une intimité totale La maison principale est une maison en rondins de près de 150 ans. Dada (le moine yogi) reste ici ; vous pouvez le rejoindre pour la méditation et le yoga si vous le souhaitez. Vous êtes à seulement 9 minutes en voiture de la célèbre cascade des “Chutes de Plaisance". Nous vous permettons d'amener vos amis à 4 pattes avec vous, mais malheureusement pour le moment nous n'autorisons pas les feux de camp. Nous avons hâte de vous rencontrer! The name Ananda Kanak reflects this place perfectly; a retreat filled with golden bliss. Yao Daniel was exceptional and genuinely kind, creating an atmosphere that felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The grounds are serene, peaceful, and beautifully tended, with so many quiet corners and small treasures to discover as you wander. It’s a space that invites you to slow down, breathe, and explore. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this is it. I really enjoyed my stay, even though the weather wasn’t ideal—we had heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds. Yao Daniel was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. He even checked on me during the downpour to make sure my tent was handling the weather, which I truly appreciated. The property is surrounded by trees and beautiful gardens, and my dog loved exploring and running around. As a solo traveler, it gave me great peace of mind knowing we were both safe. The old house with the bathroom and shower has its own rustic charm and adds to the character of the place. One thing to note/FYI: there are two campsites. One is by the creek, offering more privacy but farther from the bathroom and no Wi-Fi. The other, where I stayed, is closer to the main house and amenities, but you can hear some traffic from the nearby road while in the tent. It was exactly the peaceful getaway I was looking for, and the price was incredibly affordable, making it an even better value. I would definitely stay here again.
