Olga Farm is a working organic vegetable farm with a Stargazing Field for primitive camping & it also offers a number of glamping options. Please contact us if you're interested in glamping at Olga Farm. The Stargazing Field at Olga Farm is perfect for camping, breathtaking sunrises, peaceful meditation, & you guessed it...stargazing in some of the darkest skies in the northeastern United States. It's adjacent to a working organic vegetable farm. Olga Farm is 4.4 miles from the charming town of Coudersport & its shops & eateries, including Olga Gallery, Cafe, & Bistro which is only 5.9 miles away. There's a great swimming hole less than 5.5 miles away. Cherry Springs State Park, a stargazing Mecca is 21 miles away. Olga Farm is a great base to explore the Pennsylvania Wilds. We are 36 miles from the Kinzua Skywalk & 46 miles from Leonard Harrison State Park, one of our favorite places to view the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Great view of the stars!

My son and I had a great time. John was very hospitable and the place was very clean. Night time stargazing was worth the drive. We’ll be back!

Stargazing Field at Olga Farm

Beautiful site! My husband and I came to stargaze and were absolutely not disappointed! The farm is impeccably maintained and John was very welcoming and helpful. I love how dedicated they are to making stargazing experiences as comfortable as possible by limiting headlights and flashlights/providing red cellophane to cover the lights. John and Olga are excellent hosts, proven by how seriously they take their guests’ experiences. Very quiet, romantic, and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Stargazing Field at Olga Farm

We had such a lovely time here. The property had so much to offer! John and Olga were so kind and open. They talked us through everything we needed to know and let us wander around and soak in the sights on their land. We loved being out in the field for the meteor shower, and will definitely be back!

Stargazing Field at Olga Farm

Tent camping at Olga Farm was an absolute joy! When we arrived, John greeted us outside the farm house and showed us to the gift shop, where Olga's art is showcased beautifully, so we could grab red cellophane for our lights! Having sustained a great deal of rain, the grounds were quite wet so John led us around the stargazing field stopping along the way to point out the best location for viewing different parts of the night sky. The first site he showed us was perfect and had it's own outhouse/composting toilet. We got to setting up our tents and "kitchen" and it all worked out really well. We made dinner and a fire, then thoroughly enjoyed the evening and stunning night sky. The next day we started with a stroll through the farm. There are several glamping sites (cabins, yurts) which all looked really lovely, chickens (and fresh eggs) and a larger gift shop with Olga's art. We ran into Olga and had a nice chat, she is absolutely stunning, creative and just a beautiful soul! We took a walk over to an alpaca farm we passed on our way to Olga's and met Jim and Kristen, who were so friendly and told us all about their farm and even invited us to walk their beautiful property. Back at Olga's place, there is a hiking trail marked by red paint designs on trees that takes you along the hillside of the farm that we really enjoyed. Everything was just AMAZING. I could go on and on but Hipcamp limits me to 1500 characters. I will absolutely return to Olga Farm!

Stargazing Field at Olga Farm

What a beautiful property!! The night sky was gorgeous. I stayed for 2 nights around the peak of the Perseids and saw 131 shooting stars (staying up pretty much all night). John was super nice and helpful, I will definitely be coming back.
