Welcome to Sara’s Campground, a unique destination where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Lake Erie while creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Our campground features over 100 campsites, perfectly situated along both the bayside and lakeside beaches, providing you with stunning views and easy access to the water. Located conveniently between Presque Isle State Park and Waldameer Amusement Park and Water World, Sara’s Campground offers a variety of outdoor activities. Presque Isle boasts over 12 miles of public beaches, bike paths, and nature trails, making it an ideal spot for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike. Tent camping at Sara’s is a first-come, first-served experience, available in both the beach and pet-friendly bayside areas. Please note that reservations are not accepted, as the dynamic nature of Lake Erie means availability can change rapidly. To check conditions and availability, we encourage you to call the night before your visit. Our waiting list opens at 7:30 AM, and you must be present to sign up with your tent ready. Placements begin after 9:00 AM, and there is no designated check-in time for tent camping, with check-out at 1:00 PM.
