Not level
Directions were perfect - found the location no problem. Once at the site, realized I did not have enough blocks/chocking to negate how incredibly uneven the sites are. All 4 sites are back-in with minimal turnaround room if the other sites are occupied. And all 4 sites have a significant grade so the front of your RV/camper is much higher than the back. I have a 27’ travel trailer. Had the left wheels on blocks for lateral leveling and wheel chocks on 3 of my 4 tires and was genuinely concerned my trailer was going to roll once unhitched. It shifted back 2-3 inches before settling. Even with my jack all the way to the ground my camper was not near level. I had a few degrees left before the bubble in my level would start to move. Hookups were in a great spot. The electrical was all 50 amp ONLY. This is on the listing but requires you to click “expand” prior to seeing this info. You need a 50/30 amp converter(since most RVs/trailers under 30’ are 30 amp). The water for my site tasted like iron and came out discolored. I do have a filter on my water hose. I eventually went out and purchased bottled water which is rarely something I do. Sewer hookup was great-clean and easy. Overall, the leveling was the largest issue. A non-trailer, like a Class C, will have an easier time leveling but will still require more than what I see as an average amount of equipment to negate the slope of the sites. For context, the trailer occupying the corner site had its rear wheels on 8 + inches of lumber and its jack was completely on the ground to achieve a front/back level. On a positive note, the area was rural, safe, and had an amazing park a short walk down the road. That was very worth going to see!

Twin Lakes Estates RV Camping
This site is at the back of a large mobile home area, so it’s fairly crowded with RVs and trailers. If you’re up for a busy area, it’s fine, but as a family looking for a peaceful woodsy stay, this wasn’t what we were hoping for.

Courtney's RV sites were exactly what we needed. We have a 20' rig that my husband easily backed into one of the spots. It is very quiet and the folks you see are neighborly. There is a nice little area by a seasonal creek with a fire pit. Having full hooks ups is awesome. The location is close to town so it's convenient to everything. Contactless check in made things easy. We had to stay an extra night and Kevin and Courtney were extremely accommodating. This was our first Hipcamp experience - all good!
Twin Lakes Estates RV Camping
It’s our first time using hip camp and I like that it was easy to book and find a campsite. We had to stop by Greenburg for the night and found Courtney’s place. Easy no contact check in, host was responsive, quiet night & water & electric hook up. It’s not too bad for rvs not familiar with sizes so I can’t specify if most rigs will fit but I wouldn’t recommended it for vans or rigs without auto leveling we didn’t have blocks too. Sites are definitely not leveled it’s on a downhill slope. We needed to refill our tank & it was close to town ok for our needs that night but probably wouldn’t pick to stay again.
