Enjoy a private campsite along the beautiful Susquehanna river. You can enjoy kyaking, fishing, tubing, swimming, boating and much more! Enjoy the quiet of the country side and the peacefulness of the river. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of our farm land. There are Beautiful state parks within 45 minutes for hiking, swimming, and other fun activities in the area.A cozy little 1 bedroom cabin set on 11 private acres surrounded by beautiful farm land and woods. We have 1 queen bed and we also have a futon couch that folds down into a comfy full size bed. A full indoor kitchen, table for 4, and a grill and fire pit for some great BBQ. Fully furnished with bedding, towels, and the basic kitchen essentials to cook with. There is space outside to add tents for an added cost. It just a short hike to the river front where you can fish, swim, kayak, cook out, or just enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors. There is a mowed path to the river access it is a little steep on hike down, but on a road so easy hiking. There is 11 acres or woods with a stone wall marking the property on each side that you can explore. You will see lots of wild life as you hike but even right out the front and back doors!! Around the area there is a public park just down the road with a playground and a ball field. There is public river access less than a mile away in laceyville with easy access for kayaking, swimming, or fishing. In wyalusing there is EMO which is a boating outfitter for all your kayaking and canoeing needs. Champdale Farms (our farm) is right up the road about 3 miles with fresh produce and our own home grown sweet corn. Stop by for some yummy snacks or supper needs!! There are many state parks and hiking areas within a 1 hour drive from us.

Campsite

The land is very beautiful and private. With only one campsite and no one renting the cabin the day we were there, we had the whole place to ourselves. The only complaint I have is that the stay was too short and it went by way too fast.

I had an amazing time with my cat... the rest of my party couldn't make it but I still had an amazing time in the cabin and making bonfires in the backyard. I will def come back and totally recommend 🙂‍↕️
