The site offers flat, grassy areas in the yard. The tent can be pitched anywhere from the open yard, under trees, or next to the pond. Vehicles must park on the gravel. Please do not drive on the grass. There is a water hookup and 30 AMP electric available just off the driveway. Our property features a picturesque pond perfect for catch and release fishing or simply relax and share stories around the crackling campfire under the starry sky. Close to Callicoon, Honesdale, and entertainment at Bethel Woods.

Our property features a picturesque pond, perfect for catch and release fishing, or simply relax and share stories around a crackling campfire fire, under the starry sky. Drive slow, driveway is steep. Property is located at the end of a dead-end road. Campers, please park on the gravel, to the right of the driveway (when arriving). There is a parking sign for reference. Please do not drive on the grass. There is a water hook up and 30-amp RV electric outlet available just off the driveway. Please note, due to the clearance to electrical wires, we cannot accommodate any RVs or trailers taller than 12.5 feet. Close to Callicoon, Honesdale and entertainment at Bethel Woods.

Northern Pocono Pondside Campsite
Charming space found at the end of Maple Lane. The RV site is one corner of a fairly large square driveway for the home on the property. The portable toilet was clean and the fire pit area was cozy. One note for those with an RV; As you are driving to the end of Maple Lane to the address, you get to a house with a pool (which is not the final destination) and the road gets a little harder to see but it bares right going down a hill that might be intimidating to commit to while towing. It is fine. You should see the house fairly quickly and there is plenty of space to turn around when you get to the bottom of the hill.

A very nice campsite, private except that a house is there, no one was there when we visited so we had it to ourselves. Brian was very responsive and helpful. Nice setting. Thank you

Brian runs a fine Hipcamp and I had a lovely time. Though early in the season, he had the place fully prepped: outhouse clean and nearby, plenty of wood for a fire, grass freshly mowed. Because of a change in the weather, I had to hightail it home so I had to chuck my second night there-but he happily refunded me. Very quick responded to messages, and very clear communicator. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay at a stunning site! Beautiful rural setting with lots of space, a gorgeous pond, and a friendly / highly responsive host. Very helpful to also have a water hookup for our RV. Plus, there's a nice fire pit, surrounding by cozy Adirondack chairs. If you're looking for privacy, views, and way more space than your average campsite, this is the spot. 10/10. Would love to come back!

Great, private, beautiful land to camp on! The porta-potty was super clean and Brian was very easy to communicate with. Even after a ton of rain, we found a dry spot to set up the tent and the ground is very soft.

This was an amazing site! We came for a concert at Bethel Woods, but needed camping that wasn’t going to break the bank. Brian’s prices were fair, and we could tell there was energy put into the appearance and functionality of the site. The bathroom was very clean and the ground was very smooth and comfortable with no additional padding beyond my sleeping bag. The only thing I might mention is that the drive to access the site required a terrain-friendly vehicle, as the road was winding and steep for the last stretch. It’s very much manageable, just something to be aware of.
