Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.

Situated on 27 acres of rolling hills 4 miles from the base of Red Rock Mountain, home of Ricketts Glen State Park. We have spots for tent camping, boondocking and limited sites with electric hook up. All campers have access to the camp clubhouse which has a community kitchen, dinning area, laundry, bathroom and shower. We also have a fenced dog park where your dog can run and play.off leash !There's a place for the children to explore, climb, jump and play, a pond to fish and our camp store should be up and running late summer.This is a working farm. The main farmhouse is an airbnb hostel. The downstairs is the clubhouse facilities for hipcampers. The entire house is also an antique shop where you can wander around to find your next treasure. Dispersed campers have 24 hour access to clubhouse facilities which include full bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Laundry is also available. There are limited campsites with electric hook up and easy access to water. Just 4 miles from the base of Red Rock Mountain, home to Ricketts Glen State Park. Put up a hammock and stay awhile.

Two of the spots were level but they were not level where there is access to electricity. Not what we expected by reading the ad.

We love the tent camping area on Nancy’s land. The view and wildlife were great. We especially loved the clubhouse. Nancy's hospitality made us feel right at home. We also like the fact that this camp site wasn’t too far from Ricketts Glen. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Tent

A beautiful shared experience with everyone living on the land. Nancy is a wonderful host with plenty of awesome stories. We had a great time watching the sunset and camping in the backyard.
