Paradise awaits you!! Enjoy Nature and relaxation in beautiful scenic East Fallowfield of Chester County!!. (Note address is 1365, but better to put 1316 S. Bailey into GPS to take you to location of entrance (however our entrance is on other side of the road... drive onto red gravel entrance thru tree opening. (Hipcamp sign there). Then drive following signs about 1/3 of a mile to your secluded spot! We have 20 acres here with a mix of open hay fields and also forest land with meandering trails for hiking We built our Dream Barn Home here a few years ago but we have realized this property is too beautiful to keep all to ourselves Along with listening to the chirping birds, watching deer, fox and squirrels....there is a wide open sky line for star gazing at night. We are a few minute drive from Brandywine Creek Outfitters where you can set up an afternoon of canoeing. Or on Sundays in warmer months "Brothers on the Brandywine-Beer Garden" is open from 1 pm to sunset. We are about a 10 minute drive to Downingtown where you could take your bicycles to ride on the Struble Trails or enjoy the many restaurants and cafes that Downingtown has to offer. Also within 30 minutes you can get to Amish Country, Longwood Gardens and Marsh Creek Park and Lake. We are nestled in an area that is close to many amenities but we have enough space to get that secluded private feeling. In the quiet of the night you could possibly hear a faint sound of a car in the distance. Please come and join us to enjoy these hidden spots on our property.....that we have enjoyed for years! Room to set up 2 small tents or 1 large tent. WE will have a bucket of non-drinking water at spot, incase you want to put out fire earlyDrive your 4x4 vehicle up to your secluded spot... Far back behind our barn home. Pitch your tent and start a fire in the fire pit and start enjoying your private oasis. Nighttime is great for hearing wildlife and star gazing. The hay fields will be in front of you that have some pear trees mixed within. There are walking trails mowed around the perimeter of the hay fields for strolling. There are some woods with trails cut in behind you that you can hike through, As well as more woods further up in front of you on the other side of the hay fields! Beautiful nature surrounds you. Side Notes -We will have 5 gallon bucket of water at site for if you want to put out fire before you go to sleep. -off road small pop-up or tear drop camper may be allowed to be pulled up to location. -Motorcycle Camping Welcome. -No Wi-fi included, but people usually have cell service in location.

Top Notch Camp Spot
Excellent camping spot on a beautiful property. Sarah was an awesome host, made sure we had everything needed and made locating the spot a breeze. Were able to drive in and park right next to site with a small trailer which made everything easy. Thank you for sharing your property, we will be back!

This is a great spot to go for peace and quiet. The site is fairly private and well maintained. The fire pit was clean and the wood was at the site before we got there. Upon arrival Sarah led us back to the spot to ensure we didn’t get lost. There are a few trials and plenty of wildlife by the campsite.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s camp spot. The camp site was very maintained and private. Night time was great since you have a nice open view of the sky to star gaze with no light pollution. There are walking trails around the property and a mowed pathway great for walking or even riding bicycles with your family.

I spent a night solo at Sarah's camp spot and it was a perfect place to escape from Philadelphia. They have made it very easy to find the correct driveway, and the short drive to the campsite was doable with my AWD sedan but a little bumpy, so definitely bring a 4x4. You're far enough away from the house and the road that you won't see anyone, so while being in a relatively open area, it still feels private. There are trails around the property should you want to walk around. The campsite itself it well kept, with a firepit, outdoor chairs, and a picnic table. Good set up for car camping, and not too far a drive outside of Philadelphia.
