Perfect paradise!
Wonderful spot and so peaceful! Great hiking around the area fairly close. The pups loved playing in the stream and even with the rainy weather, it was a perfect get away

Rustic Cabin
We had a good time visiting and the dogs loved running in the woods and creek.
There’s a great trail throughout the property and the view into the woods and stream
Is really nice.
This property abuts a fairly busy road, which wasn’t apparent from the listing. We definitely thought it was going to be more remote.
The host brought fire wood over for $5/load. It was a good deal and we were thankful to have it.
The bed was comfortable. The downstairs not so much. It’s a hunting cabin, so it is what it is.
Getting up and down the ladder was a bit treacherous as was walking around the fire pit area where flagstone was laid around on the ground. This made the ground uneven and hard to have good footing. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with mobility issues.
It was a good time all in all

This site had everything we needed and Linda and Judy were attentive and friendly hosts. Our site felt very spacious and private and was in a good location for getting to outdoor activities. We had a great time!

Unique Getaway
It was a peaceful overnight in a serene location. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton and you won't be disappointed. Expect a place to have a nice getaway

Beautiful, private camping spot. The host was very easy to reach and they offered firewood for purchase. Water and a compost toilet were provided as advertised.
The pink trail is a really nice hike with a beautiful creek at the end.

Solitude and great location
Loved camping here- great location. We checked out puxatawny, explored brookville (loved the Jefferson county history center) rode bikes on the redbank valley rail trail, picked berries at quiet creek herb farm, enjoyed scripture rocks heritage park (very educational about the property history and geology and fauna and animals and more…. Shaded and beautiful), picked blueberries at maxim farm, hiked in cook forest, hiked the campsite property. Appreciated our own camp loo onsight, the spool table and the fire pit. Very, very private and peaceful. Minimal sounds from road and neighboring dogs. Enjoyed the solitude. So much to see in the area. Only thing we couldn’t fit in was tubing. Oh, lots and lots of mushrooms on the pink trail .
