Streamside campsite at Misty Meadow
This was a charming spot, perfect for trying out my camper van. my dog loved romping in the open field and stream. We took a walk on trails in the neighbor’s property.
The hosts were so gracious, letting me switch days last minute when the weather forecasted rain. They brought me a pile of firewood and vase of flowers.
Would definitely recommend.

Streamside campsite at Misty Meadow
Jon was a friendly and informative host! He shared good information regarding our upcoming visit to the Gettysburg National Military Battleground and a recommendation for good coffee. We also appreciated being able to tap into Jon's Wifi. The site is well maintained and semi-secluded with a pretty little creek running through it. It sits on a well traveled road. We enjoyed our short stay at Streamside campsite at Misty Meadow!

Nice night on a private field
I enjoyed my stay in this private field just off the road. If your car is particularly low to the ground, watch out crossing the creek. Very convenient location and a very informative host! Be sure to check out the bamboo fence.

Beautiful site and wonderful hosts!
Great hosts!! We were wonderfully greeted and given some potable water to use and help to the campsite. The campsite was wonder and private. Best bonus a full, clean actual port-a-potty! There was plenty of wood to use for fires. There was a lot of beautiful wildlife in the meadow campsite area, birds, bunnies, deer, and critters in the stream running through the property. The neighboring property has some sheep that stop near the fence line in the evening. The one thing that does need to be noted is that the property is close to a major road so the sound of traffic is definitely there. There is still the sound of nature, but there is also a fair amount of noise from the road. It was perfect for our stay though, the location is perfect and the site was beautiful!
