It has been a family property for years and many people have created great memories here. It is great for solo campers wanting a peaceful space, kayakers on river trips, family groups (magic for kids and dogs!) *Tent camping, outdoor shower, fishing, kayaking, groomed trail paths from end to end, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor cooking, firepits, outdoor and indoor seating. Dog friendly! Supreme sunsets and starry nights! Everyone always ends up staying another day if they can get away with it! Arrive by car to our parking area where we will boat you and your gear over to the island campsite. There will be 1 round trip in the motorized john boat per group. Guests are permitted to use the aluminum canoe with lifejackets only to ferry items. PADDLE IN! KAYAKERS/CANOES/MULTI-DAY RIVER TRIP PADDLERS! Arrive by kayak or canoe off the river while you are on a paddle trip. Singles, small groups and large groups. Campsites are PERFECT for Scouts trips, team building trips with kayak rental options. Cabin rentals are great for couples, families, friends, reunions, fishing trips, large groups trips and more! Wildlife photographers must see location!

Allegheny River Island Bell Tent

Perfect island overnight

The tent site was perfect so we didn’t need to pack as much gear on our canoe. Michaela set up cots and firewood just as we asked and then we found all the extra amenities to make it such a user friendly and cozy campsite. Treat yourself to the best quiet island site on the river and super gracious host. 10/10!

Fuellhart Island - Northern Tip

Northern tip of the island

Great spot for both hammock and tent, we had so much fun cooking by the river and swimming. Michaela an Island owner gave us fireworks cuz it was 4rth of July.

MINI ISLAND Campsite

The island is absolutely beautiful, rare and convenient site for camping. Michaela was very hospitable and a great communicator. I would highly recommend the island, this campsite, and Paddle moor!

Allegheny River Island Bell Tent

Highly Recommended

Very private, quiet and nice camp site. The fact that I can fish unlimited cuz I was by the river was amazing. It was raining but all in all was great spot. I will highly recommend fuelhart island for any campers that want total privacy. The view and all was amazing.

Allegheny River Treehouse Campsite

I love camping in this island, this was my second time camping here, first time I did two night and two days and the second one was one night with hot tenting camping. The island itself is so beautiful it’s 46acres so you barely see other campers plus the site are far from each other. Michaela the island owner she is very nice an accommodating. There’s a cabin in the middle of the island which is very nice. You can check my YouTube video if you feel skeptical in this place to see how beautiful the island is. Skip the whole video and go the the very end to see the beautiful cabin in the middle of this island, and if you wanna see the owner also go fast forward and go to like in 3mins in my video Michaela was featured there riding her ATV, she brought the rest of my camping stuff in my site. Also you can follow her in Facebook Paddle Moor co, Kayak&Rental. Guys give this a try and you will fall inlove this place

Fuellhart Island Southern Tip

This place is awesome! It was my fiancé’s first experience camping and she hates the cold. She had a great time and now loves camping. We also really enjoyed hanging out with the hosts and other guests. As an experienced camper over all experience 1-10 I rate 110
