A Heavenly Bird Symphony in the Woo

Site 2 was lovely.
When we first arrived in the evening, the site was damp and gloomy due to the rain and overcast skies. But the next morning, when I stepped outside the tent, it was like a completely different place—as if something magical had happened.
We also enjoyed the bird symphony in the early morning. I had never heard anything like it before—just heavenly. The site was spacious and clean, and my dog had a great time running around off-leash.
Marty was quick to respond and very hospitable. Although the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, we still enjoyed the secluded, wooded setting and felt embraced by nature.

Overall, beautiful site. Site 3 bathroom is questionable compared to the other sites. We were the only ones after a while so we got to venture around to see the other outhouses. The shower was decent! You will hear other road noise so if you want something completely quiet, this MIGHT not be for you. When other campers were there, quiet hours were not respected, which we honestly didn’t mind since we were far enough. Some people did walk through our site, unannounced and ignored us, which left us very confused but they didn’t do it again. The site itself was GORGEOUS!!!

We had a great stay at Marty's camp area. We stayed at site two, but any of the three sites would have been wonderful. This was a family trip for my son's 8th birthday and the kids loved it! The kids enjoyed the swing set and climbing dome, and the adults were very appreciative of the hot shower! The area felt private, and the only noises we could hear were the birds chirping! Marty was a wonderful and accommodating host!

Marty was a great host. Very quiet and private site, plenty of space for the dog to run around, perfect place to unwind and do nothing (which was our plan) but still very convenient to nearby towns if you want to go out. Outside hot shower was a nice treat too!

I took a last minute one night camping trip with myself and my dog. Marty was great. He was always prompt to respond and the reservation process was easy and straight forward. The property was fantastic. I stayed in spot 2. I loved the large hammocks.
There was some light road noise but it didn’t bother me. It was distant and not intrusive. Will def go back.

We loved our time at Green Hills. We opted for site 3 and it was incredibly spacious and well laid out. There was plenty of shade during the day and it was handy to have an outhouse and shower/running water handy. Marty was responsive and helpful and it was a great camping experience for our 7 year old. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend this site to anyone looking to get outdoors for a few days.

If you’re looking for a quiet and totally private spot to chill out, this is it! We stayed in site #2 with our 31’ class C RV. We did have a little difficulty finding a spot that was as level but after pulling up closer towards the fire pit, threading the needle between two trees, we got pretty close to it and really enjoyed the serenity this spot gave us. We had all kinds of bids flying around from a big blue Herron who greeted us upon our arrival to woodpeckers hanging out while we enjoyed the fire. The site is equipped with an outhouse, two picnic tables, two fire pits, deer stands and hamkocks-which was our favorite part. We can’t wait to come back again! Thanks for having us 🤩

Loved the land! Very private and had nice area to set up. Was very nice to include picnic tables and extra toilet paper! There was plenty of space for our dog to run around without seeing the other campsite.

Such a great spot for our family to use.. there's an outhouse right on the site and the heated shower is a few minutes walk.
I also added a few bundles of firewood and it was there upon check in.
We were coming from Northern VA so our drive was a few hours. Marty was very responsive to my messages about when we would arrive since there was traffic. The drive to the property was so lovely. The scenery was spectacular since it's smack dab in the middle of fall season.
Getting to our site was easy using Marty's directions. We settled in well and spent our time enjoying watching the rabbits and deer run around the property.
We came with our 3 doxies. We had them off leash 99.9% of the time since our site was so big for us to use. The only time we leashed them was when we went walking around the property.
The shower was lovely to end the day with especially since it was so cold.. the hot shower was nice to enjoy. The shower room was clean and had toiletries just in case you didn't have yours.
Overall, we had such a great time at Marty's. All of the other reviews were spot on and I had to add my own review because we had such a great weekend 💕

We recently stayed at Greenhills Camp in Pennsylvania, and it was a fantastic experience! The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The entire area was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow, ensuring we had no trouble finding the place.
The peaceful atmosphere was the perfect escape from the daily life. We enjoyed the serene surroundings, and the location offered plenty of opportunities for hiking and exploring nature. The campgrounds were spacious, providing ample room for activities and relaxation.
Additionally, the staff at Greenhills Camp were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs or questions we had. The attention to detail in maintaining the campgrounds and the overall hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend Greenhills Camp to anyone looking for a tranquil and well-equipped camping experience.

Beautiful secluded location! Very impressed with the cleanliness of the outhouse (of all things 😆) Easy to navigate in and out and close to lots of hiking trails! Host had firewood already at our campsite we had ordered ahead of time 👍

it is perfect, I could not think of more from my camping site. It is nicely organized with the trampoline, the bathroom, and the kitchen deck. It is fun for families with children and for quite some time too.

This is our second visit to Marty’s space with a group of friends from our gym. Dog, kids, all types of camping - tents, car camper, camper van and our small 25’ class C rv.
The outdoor kitchen (with sink, grill, and fridge) and dining area are a natural gathering place for our crew. The multiple privys and the HOT water shower are great amenities.
Both other sites were occupied while we visited over the weekend, but Marty’s layout makes you feel you are in your own peaceful world. He checked in to make sure we were all set and dropped off firewood for us.
Weather was absolute perfection and clear skies made for beautiful stargazing at the fire. We will definitely return again with our group.
