The active farm lays along the lazy Marsh Creek not far from where it collides with the mighty Bald Eagle. Campsites are spaced out along the creek, in the fields, and on the mountain. Fish on any of the three streams, relax by the water or enjoy view of the cattle and wildlife. Bald Eagle State Park, State College, and Lock Heaven are a short distance away.

A lovely spot!
The hosts were very kind, quick to respond to inquiries, and provided a lovely place to camp. Campsite included a fire ring that was about 12 inches high, with a grate for cooking over it. There was a cornfield on one side and the creek ripening along the road on the other. And I don’t how they did it, but the porta potty didn’t smell.

Cool place
Cool Place to stay, Price is very good, and the owner was accommodating. It’s close to Lock haven about 1015 minutes and there’s a little store about a mile down the road if you forget something.
