Beautiful campsite with everything you could need! Fresh apples falling off the trees to snack on, a great fire putt, nice paths to walk around the property, and plenty of wildlife!

This was a great glamping experience. You just drive up and everything is set up perfectly! Aaron was very nice and helpful!

The property was cool and private and had a little trail you could walk on. The tent was nice and big. The hammocks were cool and nice touch along with gas fire pit and camp chairs included. The air mattresses lost air all night and couldn't withstand a 30 lb child. But it had a lamp and plug in in the tent. The kitchen was the most frustrating part because it said just bring food and showed pictures of all this stuff but literally all there is is a camp stove and grill. No utensils, pots/pans, no microwave or coffee maker (which was in the pic). The bathroom and shower were cool. The camp host had someone else check us in which I thot should have been communicated, the guy was nice tho and brought us bandaids when my kid got hurt. I'm a first time camper so this place was just what I was looking for however was lacking in comfort with the beds and lack of kitchen supplies. Oh and we literally ended up sleeping on the ground because the air mattress was so bad. The gas ran out on gas fire pit. All of these things could easily be fixed by the host or he could at least take down those pictures and change the description to match what is actually there

5 Stars across the board, from the campsite hand built with comfort and everything you need, just bring cooking utensils and disposal plates etc. Nearby trails without driving, beautiful maintained forest land with active creek and conceiled large farm life. The list goes on, zone space ideal for stargazing and getting lost with nature. We enjoyed good company with Aaron, whom was very accomadating and a positve spirited host. He made sure me and the family had everything we needed, also allowed us to have privacy. Campsite felt very safe, comforting and peaceful. Aaron is the man! If you meet the pops he is very knowledgeable and chill. We would definitely be coming back, highly recommended experience. Aaron is the man!

Aaron has been very thoughtful about creating this space. We usually do tent camping but wanted to make this trip more low key and the amenities here made that easy. All we really needed to bring was bedding, cooking utensils and personal items. We brought cots because we wanted to sleep outside, but Aaron's big tent looked comfy. The space won't win prizes for natural beauty (it is a holly tree farm), but it makes a comfortable place to stay while exploring this stretch of Columbia river and we saw quail, deer and hawks. If you want to kayak, the Scappoose Bay kayaking center is just a few miles away. There is also a bike trail accessible from the marina. Aaron was very friendly and willing to help us out with whatever was needed.

Aaron's property was a real stunner. This is definitely one of the nicest hipcamps we have stayed in. It is fully kitted out with all the amenities including a bbq, gas fire pit, super comfy hammocks, two double air mattresses and a gorgeous outdoor shower. The property itself is so pretty and feels super private and secluded. Aaron was so friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed staying here.

The property is beautiful and Aaron has it all set up so nicely! We planned on staying in the back of our truck but decided to stay in the bell tent set up in the yard. The outdoor shower was fun! We will be back!

Aaron and his family were so kind and helpful that the 4 of us guests felt like family members coming to visit. We forgot to pack a skillet and they brought us one as well as cooking utensils.
This property is outstandingly beautiful, peaceful. Exactly what we needed.
Hands down the best hipcamp experience.
I don't know that I even have the words to adequately describe how wonderful this trip . Not just the site but the hosts.

Perfect haven to get away with all the amenities you could hope for. We really enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and exploring the area. I’ve camped at many hipcamps and this was one of the nicest I’ve come across. Would definitely recommend and Aaron was very accommodating. There is also a little restaurant and market within walking distance 🙂

Yankton Holly Farm provided everything I was looking for for a peaceful retreat -- a comfy tent set up, a hammock, and a fire pit. At almost 70 it’s been decades since I’ve gone tent-camping. I was afraid that I might lie down on the air mattress and not be able to get back up. But the air mattresses were so cushy you could sit on them like a bed. There was electricity for a little lamp on a bedside table, and Aaron even brought me a portable heater since the first night was cold. The little extras he provided were much appreciated!

This was a perfect experience and we will definitely be back. Aaron and his family are such wonderful hosts and were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond. The area is beautiful and set up well and our son didn't want to leave. Highly recommended.

We went to the Hollyfarm and it was a great and truly serene experience. It was really refreshing and relaxing to be in nature with all the beautiful wildlife and good vibes.
The surrounding area has a great fire pit, a full outdoor kitten with a stove, water for dishes and even has cooking and eating utinsels
It has a relaxing outdoor shower, a big tent with 2 air mattresses that were fairly comfortable. The tent even has wifi and a lamp!
Also 2 great hammocks to relax and just enjoy the sounds of nature.
I would highly recommend this for a low key spot to spend a day or weekend with friends and enjoy nature

I wanted a hammock and a cabin. I felt like it was Christmas after I got to Yankton Holly Farm. The hammock is beautiful, the tent was perfect with how it was set up. And the outdoor shower, I hadn’t had that experience since I lived on the farm. This was way better than my childhood. The owner even put out a zip line for my emotional support animal. I was encouraged to let them know if I needed anything else. I camped here as a single woman, with my cat, and I felt very safe. And I was close enough to enjoy Spirit of Halloween town. I even took in a car race-it was better than the Indy 500. I found interesting pottery at the Habitat for Humanity store nearby too. My emotional support animal loved it. All the time, it was constant purrs.

It’s clear that a lot of time and attention went into this site. The host was lovely, very accommodating, and made sure we had every amenity we could need. The property was gorgeous and well maintained. The spot itself has a good amount of privacy and a very nice view. Definitely would recommend!
