*updated with new sewer connection as seen in pictures (orange lid).* We have a RV spot available with 30/50amp and sewer hookup in a really central and walkable area of Portland, Oregon (Hillsdale neighborhood). -Get a taste of the city life amenities , among the trees! Best of both worlds. - Enjoy the beautiful walking and biking paths! All walking distance (0.2-0.4 miles away): hiking trails, high school track, library, Basics market, Starbucks, bakery, laundromat, restaurants and food carts, pharmacy, CrossFit gym. Even a church less than 2 miles away and Fred Meyer grocery store 0.6 miles away. -Gabriel park and community center with Swimming pool and gym about 2 miles away (huge local park with more walking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts, dog park) - OHSU 1.4 miles away. VA 1.2 miles away. Shriner’s childrens 1.5 miles away. Legacy Emanuel 4.5 miles away. Providence St. Vincent 4.5 miles away. - Less than 10 minute bus ride to downtown. (Bus stop is down the street in the town center and can basically take you anywhere in Portland). - Disclaimer: the downside to being so close to all the amenities is we do live off of a busy street so the noise of car traffic, but to us it sounds like white noise. - Dogs are allowed if they are docile and kept in RV or on a 6 ft leash while on our property. - Trash, water, electricity, sewer and wifi included. $900/month or $45/night. -must back in preferably not doing rush hour -8 ft wide by 28 ft long. plus 1 car parking spot

    It was great to have a place in the city to park for the night. I would say it’s more city than woodland, but they do have a nice little yard in the back where I could walk my dog and full hookups. It is right on the street so the traffic is kinda loud, and you have to back in from a busy street, but it is all noted in their description. They were very kind and thoughtful hosts and waited outside for me to help show me the place and make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for your hospitality!!

    A very quiet place to park my RV. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet.

    Sharon was very welcoming and helpful. She really appeared to care about our stay and made sure we had all we needed. Our water hose wasn't long enough to reach around our trailer to their water faucet so they provided one that could reach. We only needed a place to park our small trailer with hook ups, mostly for a place to sleep at night. It worked out perfectly. We were gone during the day and returned at night. They were fine with our medium size dog on their property as well, which was a big plus. The street they live off of can be a little noisy due to traffic so bring earplugs if you are sensitive. We were able to sleep just fine. We will stay there again on our next visit to Portland. PS Ole Bolle, the big troll, is only about 11 minutes away from their home, which was fun to visit.
