Christa and her husband (?) met at the site. They were very friendly. After meeting them, they let us know that we could contact them with any questions. After check in, we had privacy. The area that surrounds part of the site is very nice. They offered a shade, picnic table, and a possible place for our portable grill. Water and electric hook ups are easily accessible. The area we put our trailer in is fairly level.

Our host, Christa, was wonderfully accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions. The RV spot is set at the back of the property, offering plenty of space along with a unique private area that includes a table and shade. We especially enjoyed the friendly chickens that make their morning rounds—it added charm to our stay! With 30-amp electricity and water hookups available, it was perfect for us. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Independence.

All communications with the host were very prompt and clear, property was as expected! Woke up to some little deer in the yard! The back of the cabin faces the camp spot so if it is occupied you don’t have much privacy if that is what you are wanting. We chatted with the people with the cabin so it was great for us!

Absolutely fantastic location between Eugene and Portland, we used it as a stop between long driving days and it was quiet, relaxing, clean, and well equipped with firewood, picnic table with shade, and water and electric plugins. Christa was so warm and welcoming, meeting us when we arrived to help us get situated. The town of independence is just down the road and is very cute and has some great breweries and restaurants!
