Jesse's camp site was perfect for us. I was there with my dog for one night and felt super safe and the porta pottie's were literally the cleanest I've ever used....it seemed like they were brand new! It was only about 15 minutes to Pacific City. I will definitely be coming back!

Our site was perfect for us, with convenient location but tucked away from high volume roads. We were able to park the 5th wheel (no hookups) in a level spot on field grass, so our dog was happy! Plenty of space between camp sites, deer and birds abounded. The ATVs could be heard when active at nearby Sand Lake, but far enough away to not be loud, and all other times were very quiet. Just what we were looking for.

Jesse has a great spot! Easy to find, the sites are spaced out and porta potties were clean. I happen to have the whole place to myself when I was there. He even offered me veggies from his greenhouse! He was quick to respond and has fostered a safe & welcoming environment. Lots to do in the area as far as outdoor activities!

We love this site! The location is great! So close to the coast! We were right by the greenhouse, and you could hear the stream near us, and the very light sounding green house fans. I sleep with the fan on at night, so it all sounded SUPER relaxing and so wonderful 😊 Having fresh potable water nearby was such a plus! Such a lovely get away!

Beautiful hidden gem just up the road from Oregon beaches. Make sure you follow the directions because I made the mistake of not reading them in time and had to turn my rv around on that tiny road, this was not the hosts fault because they gave very clear instructions but I trusted my GPS above them.

Peaceful, clean, quiet, a great place to camp for the night! Definitely recommend! The night we stayed there was a thunder and lightning storm all night and it was fun to watch.

Great spot for the money, especially if you look at the campground down the road where people are packed into a flat open parking lot.
Campsite 5 is long and narrow, really wide enough for one vehicle only probably, I preferred the more wide and open sites of my previvisit. But it’s by a little stream and feels more secluded, some folks might enjoy that.
You WILL hear the ohvs, until pretty late probably. Not everyone’s cup of tea.

This was a nice, private camping area, with spotless porta potties! It is also very close to an OHV park, so if you want to ride your OHV and not have to camp in a crowded campground, this place is ideal!

What a great site, with plenty of room for large RV’s. If needed, outhouses are clean and WiFi is an added bonus for when you need to find the things you forgot. We will definitely be back when we are in the Pacific City/Sand Lake area.

Wonderful secluded spot, stayed in #4 & it has a picnic table and 2 fire pits. Portable toilets were clean and nearby. It was nice being close to Tillamook. This site is very near Sand Lake rec center—so ATV noise was constant in September. Bring earplugs or battery operated white noise machine. The creek is so pleasant, but be prepared for mosquitoes. I suggest boots, jeans, and a thick long sleeve. Grass was fairly tall here. It was just me and my pup, but this would be a great family or small group site as well.

Timber Sand was a great place for camping! My family and I loved our spot #1! It was very spacious and had plenty of room for our tents. Best of all, I got to see my "kids" a college and one graduated being kids again while making their tent!
All the greens and nature sounds made this place magical, and especially at night! The stars on the sky were so surreal!
Although we could hear some noises (far away) from ATVs, that didn't bother us at all.
I would definitely recommend this place. I can't wait to go back again!

The campground was well maintained and portapotty was clean and didn't smell.
Creek was beautiful. 2 things to know is the mosquitoes are intense. This site and site 4 both get atv noise. It went on until 1am. I don't think the other sites would be as affected. We left before the second night because we couldn't sleep.

We loved the camp site on Jesse’s land. Babbling brook and clean fields. Good separation from other sites. Easy vehicle access. Nice tables and fire pits. Bathrooms clean and well placed. Nice water and cleaning setup. Quiet.

Timber Sands was a beautiful space to camp on. It was pretty buggy in certain areas compared to others, maybe due to the still water in the small ditch alongside site 3. Just something to keep in mind if booking during the summertime or after a rain, but overall it was a great experience and so peaceful! I would come back again in the future.

Jesse's camp site was great! We were in #2 which sits back a bit and has some bushes, grasses, and tress around so it feels a little more private. Great location and close to the beach and Pacific City. You're close to the Dunes, but the sound didn't really bother us.
Beautiful spot, will be back!
