Endless hot water. 4K home theatre with Dolby Atmos sound. Easy-to-use smart home features. Full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. New cottage/mother-in-law suite built in 2018! Mattress is a brand new Nectar Premier Hybrid Mattress with cooling top and pillows. Super comfy! The couch also pulls out to a queen-size mattress and has additional premium linens, pillows, and a thick down topper stored within. Like movies? You’ll love them on the top-of-the-line 65” 4K LG OLED TV and Sonos sound bar with Dolby Atmos. Easily stream and cast from your device to the home theatre with Airplay built-in to the TV. We also have dual AirPod speakers which you can ask to play your favorite tunes 😎🎶. The Yellow Cottage also includes easy-to-use smart home features which have been very popular with our guests. The climate, lights, music, and locks can all be controlled by a smart panel mounted into the wall by entryway or by voice (instructions included!). Turn the lights off from bed just by using your voice! Don’t worry, physical switches and dials also included 😉 The Yellow Cottage was designed with high attention to detail, and we think you’ll love it ☺️ The Yellow Cottage is in a fenced-in backyard and has its own private entrance and patios in front and rear. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, relax at the many patio outside, or warm up next to a fire at our backyard fire pit. We also have several BBQs available to use! We have safe street parking directly in front of the main house. There is a lit path in the driveway the leads directly to the Yellow Cottage. This was a perfect cottage for a quick stay in Portland - all the amenities you could need including a full kitchen and new bathroom. The garden is also lovely to hang out in.

Little smart house

The Yellow Cottage - Chill+Private

Bubby's little cottage is a great spot to chill in the city, complete with A/C (so good on a hot day) and a comfortable couch. It even has mood lighting options all configurable with Siri. Thank you Bubby for the friendly welcome!

Coziest & beautiful backyard

The Yellow Cottage - Chill+Private

I loved the yellow cottage! It's so close to the city center that it made our travel plans easy. Parking was easy and we had all the essentials to make dinner and watch movies. We were hoping for a little campfire but didn't get the weather for it. Maybe next time! I highly recommend this spot for someone visiting Portland 🙂
