Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Welcome to Territorial Farm Stay and Stable, a small farm in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon, between Eugene and Corvallis, about 2 hours south of Portland. We are an equestrian property with a stable offering a variety of equestrian activities, and we offer both a Farm Stay cottage and an RV Glamping option. We are in horse and wine country, with some 10 wineries within 15 minutes and many more within a 30 to 45 minute radius. And we are surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise. Your Farm Stay experience offers the opportunity to connect with a horse through adding on a Horsin' Around Experience or a private riding lesson to your stay. There are plenty of opportunities to hang out with the horses, help out with barn chores, help with garden/yard maintenance, enjoy the backyard fire pit (fire danger permitting) and s'mores or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation. We are pet friendly for well behaved pets with an extra fee. Both accommodations have a two-night minimum and a cleaning fee, along with 10% Oregon lodging tax.The Carriage House is a cozy and quaint little cottage on our farm with a large securely fenced yard and many amenities. One queen bedroom with extra floor space for cot or airbed and bathroom with laundry facilities. Comfortable living/dining space with breakfast bar and unique wood stove is a great gathering space. There is a back up electric heat source and AC and fans are available for the summer months. Full sized and well equipped kitchen with updated appliances is great for cooking up a meal with locally sourced foods. Basic condiments, and a selection of spices are provided, along with coffee or tea.  We focus on local farm to table foods, and the Carriage House is stocked with local foods for an easy self preparation breakfast. There are dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, as well as paper plates, plastic utensils, and plastic cups available for your use. All linens are provided. We have a Pack and Play available for your baby. Please bring any other necessary items for your baby or small child's comfort, including items for your baby's personal hygiene. WiFi through highspeed Internet and smart TV are available for remote work or keeping in touch with life beyond the farm.
