I slept in my car in the RV space. The area for the guests is green and mowed and neat amd a bit of a distance from the house, so lots of privacy. The composting toilet was private and clean. There is a spigoted water container with soap to wash hands, but be sure to have your own towel.
Andrew did a great job showing me around and communicating expectations. Added bonus was the opportunity to purchase fresh grown raspberries and the gorgeous creek across the road to soak my travel weary feet amd body!
This is a lovely small honestead.

My partner and I truly loved everything about our stay on this beautiful farm. Andrew and Lale were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and their cat Bella and the sweetest toddler Aslan made us feel right at home. We enjoyed exploring the nearby reservoir and soaking in the peaceful nature—Cow Creek is just across the road! The view was amazing, and I especially loved the beautiful sunflowers blooming all around this sweet little farm :)
The yurt was cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances and a small fridge to a backup battery for power. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and everything was spotless.
We really appreciated the farm’s sustainable lifestyle—zero-waste practices, composting, and a clean, thoughtful approach to living.
We definitely look forward to coming back!

We loved staying at the yurt! It was the perfect retreat to disconnect and relax. Andrew was very helpful with explaining how everything works and we didn’t feel like we were lacking anything while staying there. Nearby hikes and creek are beautiful, the yurt was cozy, and the shower was private while still letting you watch banana slugs and listen to the robins sing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I had a great time staying in the yurt! It was so cozy with everything you need, and super affordable. The outdoor shower and ethernet cables were both really nice touches, being able to take a hot shower and check my emails was appreciated. I saw the most beautiful sunset over the mountains from the porch of the yurt, and at night there were so many stars. The creek across the street was fun to check out as well.

Staying at the Yurt was nothing short of magical. The property is well equipped with everything you’ll need from a hot outdoor shower to filtered drinking water and warm down blankets. An incredible price for a beautiful stay in southern Oregon.

Andrew is super friendly and accommodating. Has a nice spot under a tree set up with log benches and a fire pit ready to use. We were greeted by his adorable toddler son while we set up camp. The grass was pretty long all over the property- just hasn’t yet had its first spring mowing. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have cleared pathways to the shower and toilet. But we had a relaxing evening at the site, and wandered over to watch the goats for a bit. Andrew and his wife have a great little farm with a big vision. The entrance gate is easy to miss, so follow his arrival instructions.

We had an incredible time staying at the yurt! Andrew was very friendly when he greeted us at the gate and showed us around. We enjoyed exploring the reservoir and river area and spending time in the cozy, but spacious yurt. The bed was very comfortable, the lights were gorgeous and we loved the fire stove. We were nice and warm in the yurt listening to the rain and frogs.

Loved the yurt, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was awesome to have, and we loved the wood fireplace. The drive to crater lake isn't to bad either so it's a good place to stay to visit the park.

Super cozy place, amazing view! The bed was very comfy and we got to cook breakfast and dinner in the yurt. Really warm through the night and it was such a beautiful experience. The creek is nearby and the area is gorgeous in the morning, excited to come back some other time with friends and loved ones

It was a wonderful stay. Andrew was prompt opening the gate and the yurt was clean and well stocked. The wood stove was great for keeping the chill off of the place. The creek was gorgeous with all the fall colors.

Camping on Andrew's land was a safe and peaceful sleep that I'm happy I found. Furthermore for the amenities they offer, it's at an affordable price that makes it accessible to all. That's so important in a world motivated by constantly wanting more and more profit. I appreciate Andrew and would definitely stay again!

We loved it here! The Yurt was lovely and had everything we needed, including sheets, blankets, and pillows. The mattress was really comfortable. The farm was beautiful. We picked wild blackberries and bought fresh lettuce from Andrew’s garden for a lovely salad. Nighttime was quiet and it was wonderful to sit out on the yurt porch and stargaze. I highly highly recommend staying here.

Andrew and the land was so sweet. Had everything you'd need for a easeful pause. The stars were out and there is a full kitchen with propane, one large queen bed and a smaller mattress below.
He was really helpful and provided fresh drinking water, flowers, clean sheets and was a real cozy stay. There was a place for me to train and it was pretty private--in all ways and the view was really nice. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yurt in Azalea! The yurt had a cozy atmosphere, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night. The stargazing was breathtaking—truly a highlight of the experience. Andrew and his family were welcoming and friendly and we even had the pleasure of buying some delicious pumpkin seed butter from them. I highly recommend this yurt for an easy and affordable stay.

My 2 friends and I loved staying in this yurt! It was a cozy way to upgrade our camping experience :-). Andrew was a wonderful host. The kitchen was stocked with basic tools (pot, pan, bowls, cutlery, etc.) and the bed was comfortable. Shower was cold, but refreshing on a summer afternoon.
Had a nice lazy morning on our first day and drove about an hour south to swim on the Illinois river and see some pitcher plants in the afternoon.
Second morning we checked out and drove 2.5 hours to Crater Lake.
Excellent southern Oregon spot! Would recommend to anyone doing a road trip and willing to bop around a bit.

Super nice place! Yurt is complete with a kitchen setup, nice bunk bed, outdoor shower, and compost bucket (toilet). Cozy rustic feel with fairy lights for night and nice cool breeze in July (it was about 60 degrees in late July which was great!). Definitely a place to stay if you’re looking for a nice stopover in Oregon.
Andrew and his partner were so kind and their farm cat Bella is a love bug!

I loved it! One of us was a little skeptical of staying here as first timers on a yurt, but we both loved it. The frogs at night were so nostalgic. The whole place was very private and quiet, and very well equipped. We hope more people get to experience this cute place!

What a friendly host and cozy beautiful yurt! I had a great night on Andrews property. The location was perfect - in route to adventure and close to I-5 but safe and quiet with views of the hills and night sky.
