**Please note: this property is for SELF-CONTAINED campers only - no toilet or hookups available (hose water and trash disposal on site). NO Class A RVs, Fifth Wheels, or Toy Haulers.** Beautiful Prosper Bluff is close to the charming town of Bandon, world class beaches, Bullards Beach State Park, Whiskey Run mountain bike trails, Bandon Dunes golf resort, and more. We are conveniently located right off Hwy 101, just a few minutes from town. Prosper Bluff is close to all the amenities and recreation, yet private and peaceful with a large open field surrounded by river, estuary, forest, and cranberry bogs. All guests can book an hour in our beautiful sauna with a view for an additional $25. We offer two types of campsites at Prosper Bluff: Our Prosper Bluff with river access site can accommodate individuals or small groups of up to 3 small or medium-sized camp vehicles*. This open field camp with expansive views of the majestic Coquille River and Bandon Marsh National Wildlife Refuge is perfect for those who prioritize a spectacular view and privacy away from other campers while being close to town and recreation opportunities. Guests will have river and dock access via a trail that starts at the campsite, and can enjoy fishing, crabbing, or simply taking in the breathtaking scenery. Watch spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your private bluff camp. *This site is not good for tents as the wind can be very strong and there are no trees on the bluff. Our two Lost Valley Van Camp sites can each accommodate one self-contained campervan or truck camper and offer a quiet place to pull up amongst the trees on the outskirts of the field. Each site comes with a convertible bench/table for two and a flat grassy area to camp with plenty of room to turn your vehicle around. The two sites are separated by dense trees to ensure privacy from neighboring campers. While these sites don't come with the epic view or river access of our bluff site, they are peaceful and conveniently located. Please message us with any questions. Our Prosper Bluff with river access site can accommodate self-contained campers (no toilet or hookups available) in groups of up to 3 small or medium-sized camp vehicles*. Our open field camp with expansive views of the majestic Coquille River and Bandon Marsh National Wildlife Refuge is perfect for those who prioritize a spectacular view and privacy away from other campers while being close to town and many recreation opportunities. Guests have river and dock access via a trail** that starts at the campsite and can enjoy fishing, crabbing, or just taking in the beautiful scenery from the river's edge. Check out our boat, the "Fun Sway", built 30 miles upriver and our pond with goldfish. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your private bluff camp with the convenience of being close to it all. *This site is not good for tents as the wind can be very strong and there are no trees on the bluff. Class A RVs, Toy Haulers, and Fifth Wheels are too large for the road getting to our property. **The trail is steep in some spots and could be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Our two peaceful Van Camp sites are adjacent to forest and cranberry bogs and each suitable for ONE self-contained campervan or truck camper (25 foot max length). These sites are too small to accommodate a vehicle pulling a trailer (unless under 25 feet total length) or longer RVs. No toilet or hookups available. Car/Tent campers are welcome if traveling with camp toilet or planning on using nearby public restrooms. While these sites don't offer the river views of our Bluff site, they're perfect for campers looking for a quiet and safe place to spend the night while exploring the Bandon area. Each site offers a flat grassy spot along the trees to park your vehicle and a convertible bench/table for two. Trees provide variable shade throughout the day. You will find plenty of room to turn around for easy in and out. Guests have access to a potable water hose and trash bin a short walk or drive from your site. Site 2 is the second site you'll come to as you arrive at Prosper Bluff. It offers a bit more privacy than Site 1 and has a nice protected area for a smaller tent. Trees provide plenty of seclusion from Site 1.

The most amazing view to wake up to! Our 1 year old son had a blast roaming around the site and watching fishing boats on the river. Nicole and Brian were so welcoming and helpful! 10/10 recommend to anyone passing through the area!

This place is our favorite coastal camp. The location is perfect as a base camp while heading off on Bandon or Port Orford excursions or to simply enjoy the quiet scenery of the river and wildlife refuge. A camping home away from home.

Beautiful view overlooking the river. Very peaceful and great for bird watching. Location is also ideal for a Bandon weekend! Close to the lighthouse, beach, town, and mountain biking trails.

Very well cared for property with nice river view. Trash and water were great to have. The trek to the water is a ways and not really good if your plan is to take a kayak or sup down to the water which was why I booked. Just a heads up if that's what you're expecting with the river access. The site really needs a picnic table of some sort and portajohn for the price. The non-river access sites are right next to each other so not much privacy. Nice location and grounds.

Awesome hosts! Easy communication and site was just as described. The sauna was great, and we had zero issues with it. Quiet, well maintained.

Huge level property overlooking the river with a few site options including the bluff site with an incredible view. Secluded quiet place and the pooch really enjoyed the room to roam a bit. Affable friendly host Brian was hugely informative with great suggestions and local knowledge. I will definitely be back !

Great location, nice and quiet. Loved the welcoming dog- what a sweet guy. Lots of room to walk our dogs and not far from town. Would love to stay again.

Very close to the city of Bandon although you would never know because of the peaceful setting. There was a lot of field for my dog to run around in (with a GPS collar) which he enjoyed. Great communication from the owners.

This was a really beautiful campsite and the host was extremely responsive — I had to book very last minute after a date mixup with another campsite I thought I was staying at for the evening. Ended up working out for the best as this was a beautiful place to spend an evening and wake up to.

This was a peaceful stopover outside Bandon on our way up the coast. The host was friendly and generously upgraded us to the view site on the bluff, overlooking the beautiful Coquille River. It was quiet and private. We were tent camping, and carried a portable toilet "just in case". The hosts are mountain bikers, and offered advice about riding at nearby Whiskey Run. I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful property over looking the river, conveniently located close to Bandon Dunes golf courses, Whiskey Run Mountain bike trails and the city of Bandon. Our hosts are warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend camping there..

We spent four nights at Nicole and Brian’s beautiful property, and honestly, the photos just don’t do it justice—the views were even more breathtaking in person. The site itself was peaceful, spacious, and well maintained. Nicole and Brian were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, even accommodating our last-minute booking with ease. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Can’t recommend Prosper Bluff highly enough!

Second time around at Prosper and we love it even more! Beautiful, private and peaceful setting with a welcome dose of good humored hosts. Do yourself a favor and take a South Coast Tours excursion and then visit Charlie at Sea Wolf Books in Port Orford.

Owner Brian was very welcoming to their beautiful property on the Coquille River. Directions were clear & easy to follow. I really appreciated Brian's suggestion to visit Face Rock Beach during very low tide to see the tidepools & sea life. Would highly recommend!!

This place....is truly exceptional. I've spent over 500 nights all over the US and Canada in the past 5 years and this is one the most beautiful spots I've ever stayed in. Perched on top of the bluff with sweeping views of the river, it is majestic and tranquil. And Brian and Nicole are warm and welcoming people who are happy to share their little slice of paradise.
