Pine Camp #1
Camping in early spring
We loved Camper-van camping on Joy's land. It was private with beautiful views and great access to Crater Lake and other wonderful hikes and nature sites.

Daves Camp
Tall trees and solitude
Upon arriving at my campsite, a deer was standing there watching me and I knew that I arrived in a place of peace and solitude. If this is the type of camping environment you enjoy, Joys land is a 10! The land is very secure with entrance only through a key coded gate. As a solo camper, this is a huge plus. The sites are very large both for tent and rv. I was tent camping but a delightful family was staying near me and it looked like they had all the necessary hook up. I didn’t “clock it” but I’d guess the Crater Lake park entrance is about 25-30 minutes and it’s a beautiful drive. There is a very small town nearby for gas, ice and other convenience items plus a few restaurants. Joy is delightful to work with, so very accommodating and communication was spot on (though I had very poor service so that made it tough for me). I did not meet her in person so you’re in a very private setting but she left me a delicious box of vegetables from her garden. So thoughtful and much appreciated!

Explore Crater Lake
A beautiful, quiet site in the trees, with lots of space around. Secure entrance from the road, so we felt safe. I would highly recommend this campground.

Pine Camp #2
Camping with friends!
Joy’s land was a great location in close proximity to Crater Lake and many other trails/attractions. Pine Camp#1 & #2 were perfectly situated for a family & friend camping meetup. The spots were just what we were hoping for! They were well maintained and had everything from a lovely secluded spot in the trees to water, electricity & sewer hookup. Joy was also a great host, checking in to make sure we had what we needed and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would definitely be happy camping here again when visiting southern Oregon.
