Easy to find & park with sweet animals to observe just yards away. Appreciated the hospitality and easy access into town. Perfect for quiet nights and nice views on the property!

This is an absolutely beautiful site and Jason was very friendly and helpful. Only 20 minutes to downtown Eugene. My kids loved the zip line and petting the horses. We highly recommend it and hope to return in the future.

As described. Lovely property, short drive to downtown Eugene. We went to see a Ducks football game. Appreciated the easy communication and the flexibility with ou late arrival. Would absolutely return! :)

The host and his wife are really, really nice. It's close to Veneta, Eugene, and Fern Ridge Reservoir. The property is pretty. But if I'm completely honest, this is not a campsite. It is a parking spot in front of a barn. There isn't a fire ring, nor even enough room to put out an awning. It is very muddy and I wouldn't want to put a tent down there. It is also the least private place I have ever camped. People kept coming and going tending to livestock and they seemed uncomfortable I was there. They were all over my "campsite" and I could hear every word of their conversations. It was awkward. I had to close my window covers for even the smallest semblance of privacy. Honestly the far end of a Walmart parking lot would have had more privacy. The property has potential but it does not feel like the host was very thoughtful about what people expect and deserve in a campsite. I would not recommend anyone stay here unless they totally revamp it. I have stayed at many Hipcamps and sadly, I do not think this site is of a quality that it really belongs on the site. Literally every other one I have visited was better. And I am an avid camper. They are so so nice at this place, but this is just not an appropriate place to call a "campsite" and charge people for.

Very nice place to camp. The hosts were helpful & accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone. Not that far off the main hwy to Eugene.

Pristine Ranch was beautiful in March. The wild iris flowers were everywhere. Jason kindly put out an extension cord so we could plug in. I stay here when I visit my granddaughter who lives in Eugene. It's close to the big city, but out in the country where it's much more peaceful.

The host was kind and helpful. The land was peaceful and private- so much better than an RV park. There were three beautiful horses nearby and a group of chickens free ranging around. My granddaughter loved the mini zip line. A short trail to the top of a nearby ridge offered a view of Fern Ridge Lake off in the distance. Quite a nice spot to spend some time relaxing, and it’s fairly close to Eugene for the city amenities.

What a great camp experience at Pristine Ranch. We needed a place to camp with our three children and camper trailer and this was perfect for us! Jason was a great host and we had so much fun playing with the chickens, goats & feeding the horses some apples! Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time at Pristine Ranch. Everyone was so welcoming and so patient with the kids! My boys, 2 and 4 years old had a blast with the chickens and the goats, they loved the horses too! Ginger the goat is everyone’s best friend! We will hopefully be back in the area one day to see them again!
