Powder Creek Ranch is 362 acres, nestled into a valley, surrounded by forest in the Oregon Coast Range. The campground is in a secluded meadow next to Powder Creek, a pristine year round stream, perfect for wading and playing in. If you're looking to unplug and escape from the chaos of city life, we are all about peace and quiet and connecting with nature. Each of our 13 extra large campsites offers access to the creek, a picnic table and campfire ring. All sites accommodate RVs as well as tent camping. No hook-ups or potable water available. There are seven (7) creek side sites, one site next to a pond and all have ample space around them so you don't feel crowded. Our newest addition is a cabin overlooking Powder Creek, tucked away by itself. Solar powered. The Ranch has 1/2 mile of Nestucca River frontage where you can swim or fish, whichever floats your boat. Niagara Creek/Pheasant Creek falls is a nearby hiking trail and there are roads as well as deer and elk trails to explore all over the ranch. If you feel like venturing further, the beach is 23 miles away in Pacific City. Tillamook is 25 miles. We also offer pasture raised pork for sale. A variety of sausages (breakfast, chorizo, Italian, Bratwurst and French Garlic links) and pork chops.

Creekside Site 1 is at the up-stream end of the row of creekside sites so it has more privacy. Right on the edge of Powder Creek, #1 is a highly shaded spot, great for the heat of summer but stays a bit damp until June. Great for smaller trailers, tents or pop-ups. No turn around for large RV's. Campfire pit, picnic table and close to the porta potties.

Great site by the creek. The hostess was really helpful and attentive. She was a pleasure to chat with and to get to know more about Powder Creek. The property is well kept and campsites were very clean. This is a place that we plan to visit again!

We had such a great stay at powder creek. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The land offers countless little places to roam, the creek is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The land is close to awesome hikes (Niagara falls!) or around 30 minutes to the beach at cape kiwanda

The drive alone to this Hipcamp was worth it! Very cute creek nearby the very friendly hosts. The property was massive and even with the other campers it felt quiet and peaceful. Plenty of wood, fire pits, picnic tables and clean bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location not far from Tillmook, with easy access to the coast north and south. Very clean sites and portapotties that they maintain themselves. Varying sites, including larger and smaller as well as some more private than others. Lovely hostesses were quick to respond to questions and concerns. We had 3 great nights of camping in late spring. Plenty of space for 6 in 3 tents in our site. Huge fire rings.

100% will come back here again! First time tent camping here at powder creek and we had an amazing experience! At early morning, we saw a bunch of deer by the house rather than the camp areas. No complaints from us. We’re looking forward to coming back again!

Absolutely beautiful and serene!! We stayed at site 1, which I highly recommend, it’s just a few steps from the creek. Fell asleep to just the sound of the creek each night. The hosts were very welcoming and have done a wonderful job at making the camp area so special. We have camped in many places and this is our new favorite, such a neat place! We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try out the cabin they are building as well. Thank you so much for sharing your paradise with us and the great conversations.

Camping at Powder Creek is a dream! The host is very kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in site 5, I would highly recommend that site for privacy as it is tucked away on the creek at the end of the campsite. The grounds were very well cared for and you can tell that they care very much for their land and providing a safe peaceful camp experience for visitors. We even got to meet and pet Herbie the young resident buck, he’s so sweet! We will definitely be back to stay here again and I have already recommended to several people.

Though our stay on Powder Creek was only one night, we left with the hope that we could come back soon. Since we went a bit later in the season the campground was mostly empty, providing a splendid oasis. The creek is lovely to sit by and play in. The campsites are large and well maintained. The hosts are incredibly kind. I can't say enough about how wonderful this hipcamp is!

We had a wonderful stay! The creek was gorgeous and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. We made friends with the local deer and spotted the Milky Way as it got dark. Such a beautiful spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this camping spot! Beaver pond is a gorgeous location. We expected a lot of mosquitoes throughout the entire weekend especially being next to standing water but somehow got lunch and only encountered some small flies for about 2 hours a day around dusk! The owners are very friendly and helped the last of us find our way to our spot after getting lost even though it was well after check in time! Truly the only downside we encountered was the port-a-potty’s. The listing states they are emptied on Thursdays but on Friday they were VERY FULL and though they were clean inside they smelled atrocious and clearly had not been emptied in preparation for Labor Day weekend.
