Situated on a 5-acre estate in Talent, Or, 4 miles from downtown Ashland and 10 miles from Medford, you'll be surrounded by an abundance of fine food, great entertainment, incl. world-famous Shakespeare and Britt Festivals, nightlife, family-friendly and outdoor activities, day trips to destination wineries, redwoods, Crater Lake and beyond.

The RV Campsite at Zenith Farms is a flat space perched above the hills in Talent, OR with gorgeous views of the Rogue Valley below. Potable water is available from a spigot nearby providing delicious water from our tested well. There are no hookups at this site. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. Please note: RV must not exceed 24' to be able to maneuver and turn around on the property. Guests will enjoy privacy, but bear in mind that there may be another group visible at a different accommodation nearby.

The one of a kind, art infused, custom designed 24' 1977 Airstream, has been completely rebuilt in every detail and renamed Arte Maris (Latin for "art from the sea"). Offering all the comforts of a tiny home, including a full kitchen, exceptional craftsmanship and artistic details, The ArteMaris makes for a unique and memorable getaway! Guests can sit under the shade tree, soak in the views, bird-watching, stargazing. There are hiking and biking trails accessible from the property as well as a plethora of activities do to nearby.

Situated on a 5-acre estate 4 mi. from downtown Ashland and 10 mi. from Medford, you'll be surrounded by an abundance of fine food, great entertainmentworld-famous Shakespeare and Britt Festivals, nightlife, family-friendly and outdoor activities, day trips to destination wineries, redwoods, Crater Lake, Mt Ashland Ski resort and beyond. The Zen Loft is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Perched on a ridge of a beautifully wild and undeveloped mountain, The Loft is private and right on the edge of wilderness, yet minutes from all the action of the bustling city of Ashland and only 1.5 miles from the up-and-coming Talent's downtown. Because of the location, we enjoy privacy and expansive views of the town and Rogue Valley. You will feel immersed in the countryside and surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. Enjoy the stunning ever-changing panorama as well as bird watching while lounging in the living room or on the L-shape deck —or keep your eyes peeled toward the forest and you might even spot larger wildlife. Star gazing is also spectacular here. The space includes: A master bedroom with a Sealy Posturepedic queen bed made-up with quality bedding. There is also chest of drawers/vanity plus a small room with a single bunk bed and a double-size bed; a living room and dining area with expandable table and convertible queen bed futon sofa and 42" Flat Screen TV with DVD player. There are lots of DVDs and board games for the whole family. There is no Wifi internet at The Loft, nonetheless, since we do vantage of great mobile network, guests can use their own mobile device's hotspots with no trouble (we can also make recommendations for places in town that offer Wifi).The bathroom features marble counters and a large shower. The full kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, five-burner stove, microwave, convection oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and cookware/ovenware and bar with stools. The Zen Loft offers the best of both worlds for those that enjoy privacy, nature, and the countryside as well as being situated 4 miles from all that the city has to offer. There are walking and biking options nearby including the Bear Creek Greenway (a biking and hiking trail connecting Ashland, Phoenix, Medford and Central Point along Bear Creek). Also in the neighborhood there is a park with playground, kid's splash pad, tennis courts, beach volley court and more. Mountain hikes, a famous hot springs wellness center and so much more are very close by. Artistic Airstream w gorgeous views

Cozy, well designed accommodations with beautiful views. Every aspect of the restored Airstream reflects thoughtfulness and craftsmanship - from the hardwood floors and counters, linen curtains, hand painted tiles and well placed reading lights to the little articulating chandelier. Guilia and Josh were excellent hosts and communicated regularly, responded promptly to our needs and provided us with privacy. Highly recommend.

Charming cozy airstream

This trailer is so creatively and thoughtfully decorated, I loved it. The weather was cold during my stay, but the heater kept the temperature comfortable, and the hosts were attentive but not at all intrusive in case I needed something, like an additional heater. It’s a beautiful area, and I will definitely try to stay here again when I visit.

We appreciated the detailed instructions for our first airstream rental. The property was beautiful and was nice to see the kids playing outside. There were many beautiful touches in the trailer itself and a lot of lovely features. We had a great time and our pups did too once they settled into the space.

Lovely retreat

We loved staying at Arte Maris at Zenith Farm! It is a beautifully customized airstream that met all our needs. Thankfully, it had air conditioning to help cut the late afternoon heat. It was only a 10 minute drive to Ashland, so very convenient for us to take in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It was a lovely retreat for us.

An incredible space in an incredible landscape. The Arte Maris really feels like a working sculpture with awesome, heart-felt accents and great functionality. Giulia is also a very kind and interesting human that we would love to meet again!
