We'd like to welcome you to this special getaway we created to share with others. Both, OUT OF BOUNDS and the GLASS HAUS are located on Bald Peak minutes from wineries, between the city and the coast. Situated on four woodland acres and a short trail from each other. Offering privacy and the nurturing of the outdoors. A true Pacific Northwest experience. We're in a private community. You won't hear much except the birds or coyotes in the evenings. It truly feels like an escape. The Spaces accommodate four adults. We have OUT OF BOUNDS that sleeps two and the GLASS HAUS which sleeps two. Guest who sleeps in the GLASS HAUS are required to pay the guest fee of $75 per person. Guests who book OUT OF BOUNDS for two are allowed to use the GLASS HAUS and only pay the additional fees if you choose to “sleep” in the GLASS HAUS. Continue reading for details on the accommodations. Our property consists of a log cabin which we call home. It is a private and rural community. On the opposite end of the property are OUT OF BOUNDS and the GLASS HAUS, the overall dedicated space is close to four acres. There is a separate entrance and parking for two cars next to OUT OF BOUNDS. Each space has their own private outdoor seating area surrounded by Douglas Fir trees. You'll truly feel like you’re part of nature. They connect to each other via a short walking trail with trees in between. The tiny house allows you to experience the comforts of a clean and comfortable indoor space that is situated in the woods. OUT OF BOUNDS has the comforts of a house in 130 square feet of space. It offers a tiny kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a queen size bed in the loft that is accessible by ladder. There's a cozy living space as you enter with a fold up table that can be used to dine or work. All decorated with a modern cabin feel, white linens, and even an electric heater that resembles a fireplace. Outside we've created a seating space with a fire pit, lights, and table to cozy up and enjoy a glass of wine or cool beer. You get the picture. Included for you to enjoy, whether you book the option to sleep in it or not (the option to sleep in the GLASS HAUS is $75 for each guest), is the GLASS HAUS an indoor/outdoor space that you can walk to on your own private trail. Enjoy this space and have a drink, read, or play a board game. Built mostly of windows so you can experience the feeling of being in a treehouse. The GLASS HAUS sits on an elevated wood deck built mostly of trees from the property. Built of 100% salvaged windows and some materials. The GLASS HAUS is not insulated so plan well. We provide bedding of course, plus the Cube Mini Wood Stove for keeping warm. This space is meant to provide you an indoor/outdoor experience. The windows and doors are often left open. The interior space consists of a queen size bed and a day bed for extra seating. Outside under the 25-foot square canopy is a dining table for four, seating area, and outdoor propane firepit perfect for the raining days or gathering with your friends. Outside but under the canopy is an outdoor shower and bathroom. We provide robes and towels for your experience.
