The land and view was beautiful, simple and relaxing. Just enough as far as amenities. There was room to park a travel trailer but the tent itself has plenty of space.

I fell in love with the outdoor kitchen. It was so wonderful cooking outside while admiring the landscape and gardens—it was the best feeling! The location was great, too. Hiking/walking spots and wineries are within a 10-minute drive. So great for a rejuvenating weekend.

We had a really pleasant and quiet stay at Andrea's farm. The tent has a great view of the nearby grassy field and the forested hills beyond. We had a clear night, and the stars are amazing. Andrea is a friendly but non-intrusive host that makes sure you have what you need, but leaves you to enjoy your stay. Would definitely return.

We loved staying at this location, the tent was large and comfortable with a bed and couch, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the “Otter House”, shower and outdoor kitchen. Andrea was really friendly and nice, and the instructions were clear. Would definitely camp here again if we’re in the area!

This is a nice tent on a platform, exactly as described with futon, lamp, small couch, and lawn chairs. It is located about 200' from the owner's house and the tents of their volunteer farm help, so it is quite different from camping alone in the woods. It is very comfortable and clean; outdoor kitchen is complete.

What a wonderful place to relax and rest your head for a few days! Jon and Andrea are such wonderful hosts. They were very friendly and responsive to any needs we had.
You definitely have to visit during blueberry season! Such an incredible perk during your stay. Soo good!

This was my first Hipcamp experience and it was amazing. The lovely and comfortable Andrea and John and friends were great. Their blueberries are the best I’ve ever had. I slept like a baby and the outdoor Shower was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend the spot.

Such a beautiful property! I stayed here with my partner for a night in mid-June, so the tent space was very comfortable at night (with all the extra provided blankets). The outdoor kitchen was very lovely and we even got to meet the friendly farm cat Annabelle. We'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a rooted experience with a friendly host :)

Andrea’s property is gorgeous! The platform tent was perfect for fall camping and she and her partner( so sorry I can’t remember your name) were extremely hospitable. We really enjoyed ourselves in King’s Valley. There is plenty of hiking nearby but honestly the property was the perfect setup for the weekend. Overall we had a very magical weekend and will be back to enjoy blueberry season.

Andrea’s tent and farm were beautiful and we loved the outdoor kitchen. However, the tent is not fully sealed off from the platform it sits on and therefore is freezing overnight. She was kind enough to offer extra blankets, but we still had a pretty miserable night. I would say this is a summer and spring experience only. Overall a great accommodation, we just wish we had known it would be so drafty.

My husband and I had a lovely time on Andrea’s farm. It was beautiful and spacious with orchard trees, a river nearby, and a plentiful garden happy with flowers and an assortment of vegetables. Our favorite part was cooking in their outdoor kitchen underneath the bright stars. We met some kind people helping out on the farm, who, along with Andrea made us feel very welcome.

This was the perfect setup for our family of 2 adults, a toddler, a baby, and a dog. It was so much fun to explore all of the things growing, and Andrea so graciously gave us a tour and let our 3 year old sample everything. A beautiful little spot!

This was our first Hipcamp experience and our first camping trip with our baby! It couldn’t have been more delightful. Andrea was a fabulous host and the stay was great- spacious tent, well stocked outdoor kitchen, and delicious fresh produce. Highly recommend!

Andrea and John were very warm, welcoming, and gracious. They were generous about sharing their knowledge about farming and about their land, they let me harvest some blueberries and apples for free, were very attentive to making me feel comfortable and making sure all my questions were answered. The tent itself was very spacious and I felt safe in the lightning and rain storm that passed by. It is a little out there in the country but was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this spot if you want to relax in a beautiful place!

My friend Kathy and I have a lovely two- night stay in Andrea's tent at Kings Valley Gardens. I appreciated Andrea's welcoming us, her knowledge of her plants, the produce from the garden (beans, cantaloupe, cucumbers, flowers and blueberries), and good food! We enjoyed helping harvest blueberries, black currants and apples. The tent was quite comfortable. I wish I lived closer!

What a magical spot! We loved wandering through the farm, picking blueberries, and patting their wonderful farm cats. Andrea is a gracious and kind host, the directions are clear, and check-in was easy. The skies were dark which makes this a prime spot for stargazing. We will definitely be back!

Spacious Orchardside Tent
This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We saw deer and heard the most interesting variety of birds and wildlife. There's a lovely nature reserve to walk to and Beazell Forest is just a short drive away. Even though the days got quite warm in mid-July, the tent has shade most of the time and the breeze keeps you cool (expect to cuddle up at night). Cooking outdoors is lots of fun and packing is made easy because the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Andrea and John are kind and gracious; we enjoyed ourselves tremendously!

This was our 2nd experience with hip camp and I couldn’t be happier. Andrea and John were so welcoming and friendly as well as generous sharing their garden and space. The perfectly shady table thanks to lovely apple trees and great outdoor kitchen made meal time delightful. It was a great central location to explore from and there are even lovely trails w/in a few miles. Highly recommend.

We loved this beautiful spot! It was nice and relatively private, access to a composting toilet, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen right in the orchard. We had a van, so we didn't stay in the tent. But it had a beautiful deck and little space for our dog to chill out and play. It was such a peaceful way to end our roadtrip.

This was my second time staying with Andrea and John. We were the last ones to stay here last season and we were the first ones back. Hands down my favorite place to be. Andrea and John are so welcoming, genuine and fun to be around. The farm is just a slice of heaven. And I have become a big fan of the Corvallis area! We are soooo excited to return back many many times this season. Thank you both for everything!!

We had an amazing time in the yurt at the blueberry farm. Andrea provided detailed directions to the property and was there to greet us when we arrived. The farm is magical and we got a great view on the moon on a clear night in October. We will be back often!!

Spacious Orchardside Tent
This was the best place I have ever stayed at hands down. John & Andrea are like angels in human form. Their farm is a piece on heaven on earth. We spent quite a bit of time with them, made and shared a meal, sat by a fire and watched the moon. I honestly feel blessed by this experience and we are definitely coming back :)

This spot was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. The night sky was incredible and misty morning sunrises so pretty. I enjoyed cooking in the outdoor kitchen with some of the delicious produce from the farm!

The pictures don't describe. It's an amazing situation to be on the deck, a couple of feet above ground in a comfortable, immaculately clean, and sturdy tent. I left the tent flaps open all night to look out to the orchard and sky, and never felt cold under all the blankets, though it got down into the low 40's. Owls hooted in the woods and coyotes called from the hills.
The outdoor kitchen under a grove of gnarled old apple and pear trees was a pleasure to cook in. To have dinner and wine with a book under those old trees is a memory I will savor.
Prosaically: Good Wifi, a hot shower, cooking utensils, and more than adequate bedding. Bring a lantern. Leave the sleeping bag, mat, stove and mess kit.
