Close In and Convenient
Really cute but basic setup. I was facing the freeway, so I got to see a glorious sunrise from the front seat of my vehicle that was just the best way to wake up!
my rig was a little oversized but they generously accommodated
me. Caldera Brewing was less than a ten minute drive, so this place scored bonus points there. Book this place, you'll enjoy it!

I stayed 2 nights and it is a great spot. Close to everything, especially Ashland Mountain Adventures! Great showers and beautiful gardens. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. I will be back! Thanks

Great location and amenities!
We spent one night here on the way back to Portland. This spot is right off the freeway which made it super convenient, but you'll deal with some road noise a night (which wasn't a problem for us). The views are awesome and the sites are spacious. Some definite plusses were the super-clean port-a-potty and HOT showers! It's only a few minutes from the great restaurants and sites in downtown Ashland, too. Gracie and her husband were very friendly and courteous hosts. Would stay here again.

Great spot to stop for the night!
Gracie was a very welcoming host with great communication, the property was in an excellent location very close to the main part of Ashland, and the grounds were lovely.

What a great lil farm, minutes away from Ashland. Was nice to wake up and meditate by Gracie’s garden. The shower is awesome too. I hope I can come back sometime. Such a hospitable host :)

I had to cancel my stay at Gracie's because the area was blanketed in smoke from a forest fire. Gracie kindly offered to refund my money, something she didn't have to do. Sorry I wasn't able to stay at Gracie's Hipcamp site. I can attest that she is a kind and honorable person.

Chill and squared away

What a nice spot! I was just looking for a quick overnight and this fit the bill perfectly. Great access but fairly secluded and the landscaping is adorable. The freeway is audible but I have white noise and so didn't notice. I'll definitely stay again the next time I pass through.

1st HipCamp & more 2 come cuz of…
Wife and I had a blast at this spot! If you’re heading up to Ashland for some downhill sesh’n this spot is a block away from AMA shuttle. Gracie & Jason were more than hospitable! Super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Cool custom shower and plenty (and i mean plenty) of room for our Tacoma Overland setup and 2 other vehicles. The garden was a nice lil’ area to show our 1 yr old daughter around. Will be back in the fall for some more (sm)ASHLAND biking!

Easy to find, the location is pretty perfect; close to getting back on the highway if you’re traveling through. The property was cute, lots of garden beds to admire and a couple trees. Gracie and her husband were friendly and helpful. Totally would stay here again if I’m ever in Ashland again!

We loved our stay at Good Karma Farm & Van Camp. It is very close to I-5 which makes it convenient for a stopover on a road trip. Some other campers mentioned the noise. I'm a light sleeper but the road noise didn't bother me at all, even with the van's windows open at night. Gracie said it was a short walk into town but we enjoyed the site so much, we just relaxed on-site. The vegetable gardens are beautiful. There are little artistic touches throughout the property. The porta-potty was super clean and there was a motion sensor light on a nearby tree so you didn't even need a flashlight after dark. The highlight was meeting the goats! I would love to stay there again.

Friendly hosts with loads of local mountain biking info. Very clean and easy location right near freeway. Beautiful gardens and hot showers!! Little touches make it a comfortable place to stay… fire pit, picnic table, potable water. Come find Gracie’s artistic touches hidden all around the property.

Perfect little overnight. Safe, cute and clean place to get some rest right off the highway. I thought the freeway noise might bother me after camping in remote places but I slept like a baby. Love the garden. Thanks for a great place to recharge.

We loved the beautiful big gardens and clean hot outdoor showers!!! We had it to ourselves so it felt like we were in our own backyard. It is near the freeway, but the grounds are so big it is still relaxing. We didn’t hear anything when in our van, so we slept great!

Great location, beautiful layout.
I stayed 5 nights over the Memorial Day weekend and really enjoyed my stay. The location is great to walk, bike or take the bus into the center of Ashland as well as stores close by. You can hear I-5 but there is a great view just on the other side of the freeway - cell service great. Gracie was welcoming and helpful and their pigmy goats are adorable. Location is spacious, well designed and porta potty is really clean. They just finished making a shower unit so got to use it before I left😉

Gracie was extremely responsive and communicative on a same-day booking. Portapotty was spotless and the parking pads are nice and level. As others have noted, a little loud though due to I-5 proximity. Still got a really good nights rest.

Great close in van sites
Easy van camping close to town. Close to I5 but noise not too bad. Feels like you’re in the country but less than ten minutes to Shakespeare festival.
