Outdoor showers, picnic table, and fire pit area. It's a unique, conveniently located spot right off of Exit 14. It's perfect for just passing through, hanging around camp, mountain biking or visiting downtown Ashland. We are 2 miles to downtown Ashland and a block from Mt. Please be aware that we are located near I-5. Our property sits above the interstate so you will hear the highway, what we refer to as the "road ocean". No tent camping permitted.

Good Karma Farm

Gracie's little farm is a charming and delightful place to stay. Yes, it's close to the highway, but the noise was pretty unobtrusive (I sleep with earplugs anyway). The view of the hills to the east in the light of the setting sun made for a lovely vista while I had dinner. I would certainly stop here again.

Cute and Convenient

Cute place with a happy garden to view. Grace was a lovely host and we enjoyed out time here. Short ride into town for some plays. Loved the outdoor shower. Freeway noise was constant, but it didn’t bother us, as we expected it. We’ll be back!

Perfect Ashland Oasis

The Good Kharma Farm is a gem. Perfect location with easy access off the freeway. But, quiet and peaceful for a great night’s rest. Easy getting in, and a nice flat spot for the van. The gardens are beautiful, toilet and shower very clean and convenient. Communication with Gracie was excellent. We can’t recommend this spot enough and will be back!

A little close to freeway but overall ok thank you very much and perhaps see you again on our next trip through Ashland.
