Good Karma Camp
Gracie’s place is a great spot when visiting the Ashland area. Clean restroom, amazing outdoor shower, level parking and you’re in a garden with great views!! Well placed right off the freeway, close to restaurants and maybe 10 minutes from Ashland center. We really like it here and this is our second stay. And to boot, Gracie is a great host - helpful, attentive and fun :)

Gracie’s place was perfect for our mountain biking trip. It’s in a perfect location and it’s exactly as described. The freeway is right over the fence, and for our group it was no problem at all. The outdoor shower is really cool, and Grace was really great about making us feel welcome. I’ll definitely stay here on my return trips to Ashland. Thanks Grace!

Beautiful campsite, and the garden was amazing. Outhouse was clearly unused, so it wasn't smelly, but it was very dusty. Hot showers looked awesome and clean but we didn't need them. Jason came out and showed us how to use them upon arrival. We had the place to ourselves which was really nice. Communication with the Gracie was sporadic. Some of my messages were never answered. We knew that the location was by the freeway so we understood there would be freeway noise but if that's a problem for you, be warned. The road next to the campsite kicked up dust and blew it straight into our van whenever a car went by and there was loud construction nearby one morning, including construction equipment coming down the dusty road. Extra cars aren't allowed but Gracie was gracious enough to make an exception. We decided to follow the rules anyway and only bring bikes. Which we enjoyed very much because Ashland is very bike-able, but it would have been nice to have a place to lock up our bikes at the campsite. At the end of the trip, we feel the campsite was worth the price, just would have appreciated more communication from Gracie.

I love stopping here on my way to my parents’ in California. Mountain biking nearby, a nice outdoor shower for after, easy parking/turnaround, and a safe place to sleep for the night.

Perfect stay if you are in Ashland to Mountain bike! Great location, the farm was quiet and so close to town which was awesome. Gracie and Jason were both super friendly and very responsive. Would definitely recommended!

Good Karma Van Camp provided a safe place to stay overnight near I-5. We arrived at dusk in the rain so did not spend anytime in the garden, although it looked nice. The parking pad was level which was a plus. Could hear freeway noise through the night. The only amenity we used was the toilet, a porta-putty.

A very nicely designed hipcamp with beautiful flower and vegetable gardens, and very nice showers. Noise from I-5 is present but outshined by the beauty of the gardens.

Wonderful host! Cleanest porta potty, great shower, no shade, gorgeous garden. The Shop N Kart grocery where you fill up water jugs is a fantastic local market that has everything. Easy to access downtown Ashland theaters and restaurants.

Gracie was always quick to respond and super nice! Her property is gorgeous with the garden and the shower was so nice! Noise from the freeway if you are a light sleeper, but earplugs did the trick! Would def stay there again!!

Gracie's little farm is a charming and delightful place to stay. Yes, it's close to the highway, but the noise was pretty unobtrusive (I sleep with earplugs anyway). The view of the hills to the east in the light of the setting sun made for a lovely vista while I had dinner. I would certainly stop here again.

Cute place with a happy garden to view. Grace was a lovely host and we enjoyed out time here. Short ride into town for some plays. Loved the outdoor shower. Freeway noise was constant, but it didn’t bother us, as we expected it. We’ll be back!

The Good Kharma Farm is a gem. Perfect location with easy access off the freeway. But, quiet and peaceful for a great night’s rest. Easy getting in, and a nice flat spot for the van. The gardens are beautiful, toilet and shower very clean and convenient. Communication with Gracie was excellent. We can’t recommend this spot enough and will be back!

A perfect place close to Ashland! Even though it was HOT in downtown Ashland, Gracie’s place had a lovely breeze up on a hill and the cute shower hut was clean, private, and easy to use. Her garden is beautiful and peaceful and the place feels very safe and secluded even though it is so close to town! As a solo female traveller I would 100% recommend Gracie’s place as a resonably priced, convenient and lovely stop over❤️

Grace and Jason were really nice and their garden is beautiful. I was a little nervous about the proximity to the highway, but it was super quiet and I slept great.
Also, the outdoor shower was private, but also super refreshing.
Next time I mountain bike in Ashland, I will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the Good Karma Farm. Gracie is a wonderful host, very welcoming and attentive. Plenty of space for our van. Outdoor showers are excellent. Beautiful flowers in the beds and we also picked some strawberries. :) You can hear the interstate, but it didn't bother us much. We hope to come back someday.

We love the location of this Hipcamp. We could get everywhere we wanted to go in Ashland by bike as it is close to the Central Bike Path. When you reach the end of the path after a couple of miles, you can ride roads for about a half mile to the heart of downtown and Lithia Park (a little longer to mountain bike trailheads) or ride 1.5 miles to the start of the Bear Creek Greenway bike path. We didn’t get a chance to do this, but if you catch a mountain bike shuttle to Mt. Ashland, I’m pretty sure you can ride trails and roads all the way back to Good Karma Farm. The grocery store was also less than a mile away. Our van only left the property once during our 6-night stay because it was more convenient and fun to go by bike. We had originally only booked 2 nights, but we kept extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Having the outdoor shower was especially nice after sweaty rides, and we appreciated having a clean port-a-pottie. The garden is also beautiful and makes a wonderful setting when you’re hanging out at the property. If you’ve never seen how they grow, check out their artichokes. Gracie and Jason are great hosts and answered all of our questions about the area. We will definitely plan a future stay at Good Karma Farm for mountain biking, and we intend on booking a winter stay for skiing at Mt. Ashland.

Great spot! Right off the freeway but quiet enough. At the edge of town. Very safe, level parking with a van camper. Grounds were beautiful with an organic garden. (We had some delicious fresh lettuce!). Super clean bathroom and a wonderful hot shower! Gracie was a very welcoming host and very fun to talk with. Lovely stay and would love to go back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Good Karma. Gracie is a wonderful human and she offers a really lovely space for her guests. We loved her gardens and the way the camp is set up. You have a sense of privacy even though you’re in a little community. It’s very easy access to DT Ashland and i5. We’ll be back for sure.

Excellent stay in Ashland -- attractive garden setting. Owners offered great communication and directions to site on day of stay. While you can hear the freeway, it was a "white noise" to me. Highly recommend -- will stay again.
