Our overnight stay at the Gambrel Arts Collective was perfect! Adam was so nice and accommodating, and my (very reactive) dog absolutely loved having the wonderful back field's mowed paths to himself on our walks. (I wore my cheap raincoats to ward off any sticker weeds.) It was a quick trip off of I-5 to get there, but I didn't hear any road noise all night, just the night country sounds of crickets and frogs. Having the Albertsons, Walmart, and Goodwill just a few miles away was great too. I'll definitely ask to stay there again!

RV Parking In A Large Lot
This was our second time staying at Adam's and it's still a great spot. We stayed two night this time in our campervan. Really easy access to downtown and the highway, great views, and feels safe and private.

RV Parking In A Large Lot
I was traveling through Ashland on the I-5 corridor and Adam’s spot was a perfect safe overnight. I arrived around 7:30 PM and let Adam know I arrived. He came out and greeted me and confirmed best parking. The spot was safe and my dog had a great opportunity to explore the field around the lot. I spent several hours in the morning on line before getting back on the road to head South.

Perfect affordable quick stop

This was a great spot when you need a place for a quick stop. It’s all dry camping with no hook ups for electricity or water and no garbage but there is compost. Our kids had a great time biking in parking lot and playing basketball. (Ages 5,7 and 9) Bring your own basketball. There are pickleball lines but not net.
We pulled in at 7pm and left by 8am.
We’d stay here again. Host was very friendly. Can’t beat the price!

RV Parking In A Large Lot
Parked our van here for the night and it worked out great. Found it plenty level and there was a ton of space. Nice and quiet with just a smidge of road noise from the highway in the distance. Easy to get to downtown Ashland and close to the highway. Felt safe and was exactly what we wanted.
