I had a wonderful nights stay at this site. I had the place to myself on a Sunday evening and put my tent up under the trees. I walked around the property and enjoyed the sounds of roosters and cows, and loved the fields and open spaces. The property has a nearby bathroom within short walking distance, with a toilet and running water. The evening time was very quiet and I slept great. Petra came down in the morning to say goodbye to me and I told her how much I had enjoyed staying. She is a very nice person and is so lucky to have a great piece of property to share with others. I spent the day hiking up Mary's Peak, which was lovely. I will definitely be back to stay again when I have more hills to climb in that area. Thank you Petra!

We enjoyed camping on Petra's land! We stayed on the hillside spot, nice and tucked away. Petra was welcoming and her dogs were friendly. The carts were handy to move all of our things (we aren’t light packers and it took a couple of trips). It was a nice quiet night

We decided to extend our stay because we were having such a great time, and Petra's incredibly easy instant-book process made it a breeze! Normally I wouldn't be doing a double-tap review like this but Hipcamp asked if I would recommend the site and if I am being honest I literally couldn't recommend it enough, so it felt necessary to follow through on that feeling.

Tent camping with small children, absolute perfect vibes all around, could not have had a better experience literally everyone should stay here.
Well unless you are extremely scared of dogs, there are sweet dogs who love to hang out

This hip camp was amazing! Petra has done such a wonderful job with the property and with the specific sites. I would 100% recommend it for anyone visiting the area, whether for a wine weekend or just passing through.

I don’t often write reviews, but Petra’s Hipcamp location was quite spectacular. From the welcome that we received from the two dogs, Through to the relaxing evening we had under the trees. It’s Impossible to say it was anything other than perfect. It would’ve been great to have a campfire, but it’s fire ban season here in Oregon, But honestly, as much as I love a campfire, we are more than happy to sit In the Adirondack chairs and relax. I can guarantee that Petra will be seeing more of us in the future. One small note, Petra is an amazing host and for the people who visited previously and damaged some of the infrastructure, I honestly don’t know who brought you up to be so disrespectful. This Hipcamp Is a magical place and should be treated as such.

Petra’s farm is always a delight! This is our second time camping here for Labor Day weekend and it’s just as charming as last year. Enjoy the farm fresh eggs, enthusiastic doggos and pretty scenery and remember to be kind and respectful guests.

The property was easy to find and is located in a lovely part of the Willamette Valley. Petra was kind when she stopped by on the second day. Our site, Hillside, was located close to the neighbors’ house and we listened to their TV until midnight. It was tricky to find a level spot for our tents - we ended up moving the picnic table to make space for one tent while the other one was pitched on a slant. The description suggests that the site is a working farm although it appears to have largely gone fallow. Our site did not come with the Adirondack chairs or eggs mentioned in the description. It was not an unpleasant stay, but not one I would seek out again.

Petra is a friendly host and her farm is a really beautiful. The campsite was spacious and we appreciated the handcarts to move gear from our car to the Forest Site ~250 ft from the parking area. We enjoyed the firepit, star gazing, bought some yummy fresh eggs, and had a great time. I recommend driving to Alsea and Green Peak Falls nearby too!

This was a great stay! We had some company with the dogs that welcomed us and it was great greeting. I would recommend this to a lot of people it’s beautiful. It was quiet and the eggs are great. Was a pleasure to stay here and we will defiantly be back!

We had a lovely stay on Petra's land. Beautiful secluded shady and flat area. Picnic table, andirondac chairs.... Fantastic!
Hanging out with Okie and Brindle was an extra bonus. Petra was very friendly and helpful.
Over all a great stay!

We stayed in our pop up camper on the property. It was very comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was clean and we were able to fill up our water tank. The communal area was relaxing and the dogs were definitely a highlight! Like having your own dogs without the responsibility :)

Petra's land was amazing! The campsite was roomy and felt very private and the hanging lights were a great touch. Petra was very kind and welcoming and her pups Brindle and Ollie were amazing bonuses. Would definitely recommend Petra's place for an easy getaway!

We enjoyed camping at Petra’s Hillside site! It was a spacious clearing amongst the trees and very quiet. The fairy lights strung over the path add an enchanted feeling.

Great little spot off the beaten path. Petra was a great, welcoming me in along with the farm dogs. It’s a short walk from the parking spots to the camp spots, carts are provided to lug your gear. I stayed in the peaceful Meadow spot and loved its privacy away from the other spots. Stayed here after biking and hiking around Alsea Falls for a day.

My sister, niece and I had a most LOVELY and peaceful one-night stay at Petra's beautiful farm in the Willamette foothills. Petra's property is lovingly cared-for with sweet little walking paths throughout. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the campsites and the privacy that each of them affords. We enjoyed picnicking in the fields, camping under the stars, chatting with the chickens and boiling some fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast. Petra is a delightful host. My favorite Hipcamp experience to date, highly recommended! Thank YOU, Petra! :)

Me and my partner had an amazing time at the hillside camping spot on Petra’s property! It was a very cute spot and Ollie was absolutely the cutest farm dog we’ve seen!! Be wary over your cheesy bagels though he might just snatch one if you aren’t looking!! 😭 overall I’d recommend anyone to stay here looking for a chill relaxing place to camp out! And Petra was very helpful and responds very quickly, she made the stay even better so thank you!!
