We had the best time in the forager site! The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a big storm come through the night of our stay and the hosts were super hospitable and brought us a backup power bank. The heater blankets on the bed were a great touch too! We will certainly be back!

The sunseeker tent was so cute!! I highly recommend for groups, especially with doggies:) the outhouse was so nice and clean, and the land is so beautiful and well maintained.

Lovely spot! ☺️

The Stargazer Bell Tent was a lovely little spot! There was a creek that was easy to get to and just adorable. The campsite itself and the tent were nicely cared for and the people nearby at the other campsite weren't much of an issue (except for leaving the outhouse quite messy, causing us to clean up after them). The outhouse was surprisingly very nice, for an outhouse! You can tell a lot of love goes into this whole spot at Fern Haus. The only tiny complaint I have is that all of the furniture pieces (chairs at the table inside the tent, chairs by the firepit, the picnic table itself, and the chairs by the creek) were cheap, flimsy, unstable, and rickety. I did not feel safe sitting in anything supplied at the campsite. I was glad we brought our own camp chairs! But other than that, we had a great time! Comfy bed, too! Thanks for the adventure!

Cozy Witches Cabin

The whole property was so lovely and we very much enjoyed staying in the Witches Cabin! It couldn’t have been a more cozy and comfortable stay. Dionne made everything seamless and was very quick to respond to any questions. All the camp sites looked so fun, and we will certainly be back!

The host is absolutely amazing! We hosted a campout on the whole property and everyone only had wonderful things to say. She was very attentive and helpful! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Very comfy stay

What a beautiful stay! Less than an hr from Portland, and really a nice drive once you're out of the city. The grounds are really pretty and well maintained, makes it nice to wander around on. The campsite itself wasn't quite as private as I expected. We were kinda tucked away, but still within shouting distance of the next campsite over. But there was a lil trail wandering down to a private section of the creek which was nice to get your toes into. They even had chairs beside the creek which was nice to sit beside at night and look at the stars. The bell tent was very comfy and had all the basics needed. And the outhouse was surprisingly clean and comfortable. I definitely want to come back and maybe check out one of the other sites. The geodome looked really cool!

Pavillon Event Space, ALL SITES

We had the best time at the sun seeker site!! Such a great location. Close to the creek for dips, lots of shade, two fire pit areas. The bathroom was impeccable! The tent was able to fit a couple more cots to fit 6 people total, and then a few areas to pop up tents as well. Loved having the extra amenities. Firewood all around! We had the best time here. Also, it being such a large area of land and only a few sites kept the area quiet. Would definitely come back here with another group of friends for memory making.

This property was a dream for our event! It was the perfect size where you could get away from everything and not feel totally disconnected. All the little zones they have created allowed our schedule and event design flexibility. Dionne and her team were always helpful when we had questions and were quick to find and offer solutions.

This was a beautiful property with easy access but very private feeling. We were super impressed with the accommodations. The tents were roomy, well decorated, and cozy. Everything was so easy and needs were anticipated - from the firewood available for firepit and stove, to the earplugs by the bed in case of excessive nature sounds. The composting toilet/outhouse was clean and quaint and looked downright fancy. We enjoyed our time and will definitely keep it in mind for future quick gettaways!

Beautiful woodland w/ loud rooster

Beautiful setting in a woodland and near the creek. Unfortunately, a rooster(?) nearby was incessantly squawking. We have never experienced anything like it and in a way, impressed by it's persistence. I was unable to block it out so it really took away from the peacefulness. The host was communicative and nice. The property was beautiful. The composting toilet was left to get rather full. A sign said guests could change out the bag of waste but we didn't feel comfortable and would have liked the hosts to keep an eye on it.

AWSOME glamping experience 11/10

This place is awsome! The host was very friendly and the place was easy to find. The place has so many awsome qualities we will definitely be back. We came on a cold weekend and they made sure we were able to n stay warm. We had an awsome heated blanket wood stove and propane buddy incase fire went out overnight. The place had water and coffee. A fridge n microwave. Really everything but a grill. The bathroom was dare I say remarkably clean and did not smell bad. Felt just like a bathroom but colder lol. The property is awsome. Secluded feeling. There is a river and alot of places to explore. The tent site look very nice as well but we're taken down for the season. They place all together 11 out of 10:) really nothing bad to say about it besides maybe add more lights to find the bathroom at night. But there were lanterns provided. Thank you guys for such an awsome experience we will be back 100% :).

Wonderful evening under the stars

We had such a nice evening at the Mushroom Forager Dome. The fire pit, comfy bed, fire burning stove inside the dome and privacy were definite highlights.

Communing with the Fungi Nation

Such a wonderful escape. I was looking for a private space to be able to get off the grid, have a bon fire and connect with nature while still sleeping warm and dry. This location was PERFECT. I was lucky enough to get the area to myself but even if the other two sites had been booked it still would have felt relatively private. The adorable dome is very well kept and has lots of beautiful touches. Dionne has put a lot of care and thought into decorating the space. Including providing a bag of ground mushroom coffee!! There are basic appliance like a microwave, small fridge, electric water, pour over coffee pot w/ filters and mugs but anything else you are on your own. Along with utensils and serving wear plan on bringing a sharp knife and tea towels or paper towels. Those I didn’t bring and wished I had.

We had an enjoyable stay and the tent had comfortable accommodations. The location was great—nice and woodsy with a little stream very nearby, accessible by a short trail connecting to the campsite. The bed was comfortable and enough bedding was provided that we were able to stay warm without the stove heating the tent overnight. There was not enough firewood to last the night and the random sticks outside were wet from rain. The stove was too small to keep going overnight without tending to it so it’s not like we were missing out. This is camping after all. The two logs provided were too large to fit in the stove, but an axe was provided near the outhouse, so we chopped them down to size. This is not so much criticism as it is informational. Overall a good stay and experience and I would recommend it and/or come back!

Peaceful and relaxing

We loved staying in the Sunseeker. It was cozy, beds were comfortable and the bedding smelled fresh and was warm. We enjoyed walking around the property. The little wood stove was quite amazing to have first thing in the morning. They really thought of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. Three fire pits were available with one being right on the creek. We only stayed one night so didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked. I was happy there wasn't another camper during our stay as the two yurts are pretty close to each other and it would have been more difficult with our dog. The bathroom was clean and and decorated so cute-didnt feel like we were camping. We would have loved to find the zip line attached but did enjoy the large swing and see the tree house. This place would be a great place for a large gathering. The wagons were very helpful to collect firewood. Thank you for sharing your land with us. Very thankful for the earplugs as the neighbors roosters were quite loud in the early am. Something you can't control but you helped muffle the sound. Beautiful piece of property you have, we will definitely be back.

Stargazer; sylvan slanted light.

It’s a lovely spot. The accommodations were a combination of rustic and luxurious. That’s why it is called ‘glamping’. We felt at home almost immediately & liked the facilities, clean and environmentally sensitive. The bed was so comfortable. Henry the Pyrenees was disturbed by the roosters, though became more used to them the second morning. Very private and clean. Good roads for taking leisurely strolls. Bonus playground that we ALL had fun on.

This is the perfect spot if you're looking to hang around the greater Portland area and be away from the city vibes, but close enough for day trips and other adventures. The land is located in the midst of gorgeous aspen and spruce groves and the creek flows sweetly and softly next to your tent. The blackberries in September were an unexpected treat! The tent itself is extra cozy and well-stocked with what you need for a happy, restful evening. I had the pleasure of hosting my parents and building a fire for them (a true rite of passage for me!) and Dionne was beyond helpful in ensuring that the wet logs didn't keep me from keeping us warm all night. We all felt very grateful for the opportunity to close out our adventure in this well-maintained and friendly environment. Thank you again Dionne!

Camping with the sound of a creek!

A really amazing camping spot! Right near a creek, great location in Oregon, and a very nice glamping setup. All the equipment at the location is either new or of very good quality. The beds and bedding was excellent which is much appreciated and the whole experience is contactless. Communication with the host were very clear to understand as well! The campsite even has excellent tree coverage which helped tremendously during the rain.
