The site was huge and met our needs overall! The listing is very accurate - the ground is not even anywhere! It would be helpful to have more signs on the property because it was difficult to find the site and the location of the water at first. The biggest issue was that the outhouse really needed to be emptied. It is shared by multiple campsites and was already pretty close to full at the start of the weekend. The best part about this site was the small grove of trees in which we were able to hang seven hammocks at once!

The property was really well planned out. Tyler greeted, provided a map, and a great informational piece about the property. Our #1 site was very private and we enjoyed all the wild life the forest offered us during or 3 day stay. Our only comment would be better vault toilets than what were on site. Otherwise this is a 100% return spot.
Thank Tyler for you and your family’s work to make a great private camping retreat.

Friendly host and amazing site! Private and with access to a small creek/waterfall and a great view. Site #10 is great. If you are wondering if your car is capable of making it to Site 10, I got there in a 2018 base model Subaru Crosstrek with no difficulty.

We stayed at site 14. It was so beautiful and private. Tyler maintains everything beautifully, he even had a campfire started for us when we arrived. The fresh blueberries in the farm stand and tree swing at the site were a great plus.

Absolutely beautiful hidden gem. Anyone who loves to explore and find amazing creeks and waterfalls is in for a treat. Campsite 14 is phenomenal and the entire property is so beautiful. From the variation in trees, plants, and animals to the consideration from the host. To be given free eggs, ice, and other homemade treats is the cherry on top!

This campground exceeded my expectations it was very secluded the host was amazing even brought us to our campsite. Will definitely be coming back here. This place has been here for years since I was a little girl and it's cool to see you someone finally do something so awesome with it. We had an amazing time. It was hard to leave and go home. Even though it's right off of Highway 30 site 10 up at the top of the campground where we were was super peaceful could only hear the highway very little it Peaks during the day and semis at night. Some of the sites are a bit smaller, but the pictures on hip Camp definitely don't do this place Justice. Had the most amazing 3 days thank you favorite Creek

Tyler’s property was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights at campsite #1 which was a stunning spot hidden in the trees neighboring OK creek. We enjoyed dipping our feet in and putting our camp chairs in the water to sit and read. The fire pit and table were very convenient and the restrooms were usable. We had the entire property to ourselves the first night so we were able to explore and there is a campsite for every kind of group and we are already planning a return. Our dogs were super comfortable. Yes you can hear a little road noise but we were close enough to the creek to drown it out. The waterfall was gorgeous and a lovely afternoon lunch spot. So many things to discover and so much space to explore. Truly wonderful time and will certainly be back.

I ended up switching to the cabin by the pond. I'm a part-time traveler on the road. And I can say that this is one of the best hip camps I've ever stayed at. And if I'm ever back up in that way again, I will stay there again. Tyler was amazing. Very tentative Very Helpful. That hip camp was very well. Thought out to accommodate the needs of everyone. I love that place. And I can't wait to be there again

This was my first time using Hipcamp and I had a wonderful time! Favorite creek campground has so much to offer and lots of things to do and go see close by. Tyler was a great host and the farmstand is so nice to have available 24 hours a day. Will definitely be coming back!

This was a perfect spot for my family to reconnect. We had a great stay. The site had plenty of space for our four big tents, and 4 vehicles. The bathroom was super close. It was fun taking out the little boat with my 5 year old nephew on the pond. We hiked up to the waterfall and it was beautiful. Also, a special shout out to Tyler for his patience. I think my entire family showed up later than our expected ETA. He showed us a lot of grace. Bring bug spray, there are ponds and streams close so there are some bugs. We bought the firewood and ice that they had for sale at the farm stand. It was super convenient. All around just a lovely stay.

We loved camping at Tyler’s land. It was so lush. We enjoyed sleeping to the sounds of the creek and little waterfall. Tyler was prompt and very courteous. We were too far from the out houses we cannot comment on they’re condition, we brought our own.

This camp is set up beautifully. Our site was super quiet and peaceful. We fully enjoyed the pond and the hike through the woods. The outhouses were also very clean. We would definitely stay again.

I was able to book this site last minute and the owner was very communicative and went out of his way to greet me. He provided a map of the property (was never quite able to find the water filling station that’s on the map- so bring your own). Luckily I read some of the earlier reviews, so I wasn’t terribly surprised when he gave me a religious pamphlet as part of my arrival info. Kind of weird but his prerogative I suppose to share something important to his life. (Just matter of fact though and not pushy. But if that’s a trigger- you have been warned) This site is nice enough. I chose it as I was unsure if there were going to a lot of mosquitos. There were not. So, I should have taken the neighboring site next to the creek and woodlands and a meadow. Much prettier and more tucked away. The site above it was lovely until loud college kids occupied it- not reflective of the campground though. (They kept me up late with their partying, and then woke me up at night with one of their puking in the bushes by my site and then somehow woke me up early! So I was not disappointed to leave.) but I think that was just bad luck. The other sites look lovely especially on the shadier side of the creek. However, I think my style would have been better met by camping way up above by the waterfall in the primitive site. (Easy to get to on the dirt road with AWD as it’s a good road just steep) No sounds of people or of the traffic from the highway. Quite peaceful up there. Cute camp store.

Went here last weekend with my family, it was so beautiful and peaceful. Not only that, it was super easy to reserve, their website is super specific and the hosts Tyler and family are really welcoming! They lead us to our campsite and provided us with a map. Definitely coming back soon.

The kids loved the pond and the boat. They spent the entire time looking for salamanders. It was a perfect spot for a family or two looking for a fun spot for the kids

We arrived late and Tyler was gracious enough to meet us at the site. Spacious, quiet and perfect. We had time for a little walk around the property in the morning and it was lovely. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Awesome for kids, I took 8 from 3 to 9 years old and they had a blast hiking to waterfall up top, all the creek spots and the tree house was amazing to them. Only downside.. my fault for not thinking lol . Was tent on barkdust with so many kids in and out, our tent, clothes, blankets were a mess but like I said, my fault for not taking into consideration. I'm glad the kids who are mostly into phones and tablets got outside and had plenty to explore. Property owner was very nice as well as a plenty of privacy and the stand was helpful when we ran out of milk and ice.. yogurt was delicious. I would definitely go back, recommend a a give five stars. Thank you Tyler for the experience as a sharing your property with everyone. And thank you hipcamp for making everything go smoothly

Overall we had a good experience. The site was close to other campers and it didn’t feel very private. We also received a brochure with a religious insert. That is not something I expected going to camp.

GREAT spot if you’re looking for more of a private, non-crowded camp site! AMAZING host! BEST part was that they allow (friendly) dogs off leash, so my fur baby had A TON OF FUN! There’s a cool little waterfall & the stars & sound of the creek at night were a bonus!
