Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters. Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village. Please note: We do allow pets in our sites for $10 per night. If you plan to bring a pet, please add the pet fee which is listed under "Extras" during the booking process.

Crater Lake Resort - Tent Site 1
The camp itself was very nice. The creek was really fun and the amenities were great. We unfortunately had some struggles: our campsite was inaccessible for car tents so we had to be moved (which was fine) but then the groundskeeper yelled at us for being in the spot we were told to go to the next morning. We also had to cancel our second night due to plan changes and they were not flexible at all, which was fine, but annoying since they didn’t even have a campsite for us because we had to move spots the second night.

Crater Lake Resort - Tent Site 1
We were in campsite 1 for the night. It was a little close to the horseshoe pit and pickleball court but otherwise was a good spot to pitch a tent, and we didn’t have any issues connecting to the WiFi from there. We didn’t use any of the amenities outside of the bathrooms, which were better than most state and national park campgrounds. I would imagine that if you had kids to entertain, all the extras would be much appreciated.

Glamping Tent 3
Great spot, so cozy and surprisingly spacious inside the tent! The campground was very well maintained, we enjoyed walking the trail with our pups and a hot shower in the clean facilities. Would come back again for sure.

Don't hesitate just book it!
Was a beautiful spot! Shower was recently redone or put in because it's a residential type and made me feel at home. Fantastic hosts in the office on site! Helped me greatly with what I needed! Enjoy your stay!

Great stay at Crater Lake Resort!
Beautiful place with great amenities and close proximity to Crater Lake! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Bathrooms wet clean, staff was friendly and sites were well managed. It was nice having the sore close by for any last minute needs.
