The airstream is located just steps to the Clackamas River. Guests have access to a private trail through old growth forest and river access. We are about 40 minutes from downtown Portland, and about 45 minutes to Timberline Lodge. We are directly across the river from Milo McIver State Park. The Airstream is on a flat, grassy spot in our park-like vacant lot with fruit trees and several giant old growth trees. There are neighbors, so it's not a secluded area, but it is convenient to the many hiking trails, frisbee golf, mushroom hunting, skiing,
fishing, floating. You can listen to the river lull you to sleep. We will provide "float pick up" for an additional $50/fee.Cozy airstream. Steps to the wild and scenic Clackamas River. We are directly across from Milo McIver State Park. Good access to the Quiant town of Estacada, breweries. 40 minute drive inito downtown Portland, PDX airport, 45 minutes to Timblerline. Lots of fun cafes like Koya on Mt. Hood. Hiking trails. 30 minutes to Multnomah Falls. About an hour to Silver Falls. It is in a neighborhood, so it's not "remote" but suited for the traveler who would rather fall asleep to the river and get going on an adventure rather than staying in a bland hotel. The Airstream is on a park-like lot flanked in old growth Cedar tand fir trees, and fruit trees directly across the gravel road to the river. Saturday Farmer's Market. Lavender Festivals, Wineries.
