Amazing little spot. Very peaceful, filled with flowers and birds everywhere. Area felt safe and very quiet. The site got lots of sunshine compared to down on the coast during my visit. Hot shower and clean porta-john. Close proximity to Yachats and surf spots in the Newport area. It was a great base camp for my surf trip. I would stay here again!

The site is grassy, small, and peaceful. There is some construction across the street, but they keep to 8am–4pm hours, so it wasn’t a problem during my stay. The outdoor shower is a highlight—open to nature and not yet enclosed, so it may not be ideal for those who prefer more privacy. I personally loved it, especially the river rock floor and the large flagstone to stand on while soaping up. Surrounded by greenery, it feels calm and grounding. The hosts were kind and clearly have a deep love for their land.

This was a perfect spot for me to feel safe and protected! As a female solo camping traveler I knew I wanted to stay in a place where I would be safe, Tobias’s land provided me just that! The porter potty was clean and didn’t smell like they normally do! I didn’t use the outside shower but it looked like a nice area to have it. Thank you!

This spot was exactly what I was looking for! Tobias greeted me on arrival and directed me to the parking spot. After setting up my camp- I spent an hour birdwatching from the site. It was so peaceful and a perfect location to wake up early and get some surfing in. Will definitely be back.

What an excellent time! Toby was a very warm and welcoming host. He was kind enough to stop at each camp and say hello / check in. The camp was also very chill and peaceful. Listening to the sounds of the waves at night was my favorite part! And it was also very conveniently located near local restaurants and especially the beach! Highly recommend!

Toby was a friendly and helpful host. He gave us advise about how to explore the tidal pools. His place is on a very quiet street so we slept well. His camp area could not accommodate our 22 ft trailer so he made a spot for us out front of his place. All worked out well.

This is only our 2nd time using Hipcamp and we are SO glad we did!! Tobias was super friendly and understanding when weather delayed us and his property is absolutely beautiful!! Tobias' property is only 3 minutes from the beach and super private yet centrally located. We would definitely stay here again and are grateful to have met Tobias he is a wonderful human ❤️

Great parking spot on their little farm, we barely fit our shuttle bus in, but it was gated and quiet and we were able to recharge our batteries! Would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay! I’m road-tripping down the coast and needed a last-minute campsite. I booked around 10 pm and arrived close to 11, right in the middle of a storm. Tobias went above and beyond to prepare the site and personally showed me around despite the weather. Truly exceptional service!
