Get outside and enjoy the SUN! Longer Stay? Remote Work? All Seasons! This is set up for extended stay options. Please inquire about availability. 28 day minimum stay required. Approval by ownership only. Set up your RV and you are in the middle of countless recreation options. Stay and Work or Play. All Seasons! Please keep pets on a lead or inside a containment. No Barking Dogs allowed. Venture out to hikes, lakes, fishing or skiing. If you have a visitor, you are welcome to pitch a tent but we require that at least one person in the party have an RV as we do not have toilet access on the property. If you are bringing your kids please contact me or include this in your booking request. Propane campfires are a must. Deer, squirrels, rabbits and many birds are very common visitors to our area as well, enjoy.

I normally do not leave a negative review. Where you think you will be camping is not where you end up. It is very deceiving by the photos and descriptions. Actually there were no photos where we ended up camping. The gentleman that owned the property, Roger was very nice and helpful. This is no fault of Roger’s. Jeffery is the host, and when we arrived where we thought we would be, 2 units were parked in the 2 spaces, one of which was Jeffery’s. Jeffery advised we would be down the street at the neighbors (Roger). I paid $59.00 for a FHU site that I felt would have a lawn, picnic table and sitting area as depicted in the photos. We spent a week here. If I had known what the site looked like or had received some feedback from Jeffery I would not have chosen this hip camp site. The site was a backin site which was no problem. When the camper door was open you stepped out onto a rock driveway with a pontoon boat and a dump truck attached to a 40 ft trailer. It was a very disappointing experience. My husband is 89 with dementia and this was our last trip camping. It was not how I wanted it to end. I now know why there are no photos of this site. You are led to believe that you will be in the site shown in the photos. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, by not asking more questions. This is a one, night stay while traveling from point A to point B. Again this is totally on Jeffery, not Roger. Jeffery is listed as the host but failed to be forth coming with information.

What a peaceful beautiful place to stay. RV hookups were great. The wildlife in central Oregon are plentiful and the rivers, mountains, trails, summer activities and events held in Bend will make your stay that much more memorable. All just within 30 minutes drive! Jeff and Jean are wonderful hosts. I would love to recommend them to anyone.

Jeff & Jean are wonderful hosts. They have all the hookups you need for your stay, for our 29.2 ft TT, whether it be short or extended stay. The area is very peaceful, full of wildlife, near out within a short drive of some really great scenic areas of central Oregon. There are lots of biking and walking trails, river and other summer activities for the whole family. It’s generally a 32 minute drive to get to Bend for even more fun, restaurants, food trucks, concerts, breweries, and more!! I can’t say enough nice things about my 3mo stay in Bend. I’m hoping to turn that into 6mo and extend my job here longer than I planned. You will very much enjoy the peace and hospitality here.

Was a joy it is to stay here!! We are staying for the extended time on this beautiful property here just outside of Sunriver. Hosts Jeff and Jean have been extremely accommodating and friendly! There are full hook ups and the most delicious water. Neighborhood is a great place to walk dogs, kids, or bike! Very close to the river and many hiking places! If you want adventures this is the town for you! Will be staying again and again! Thank you Jeff and Jean!
