Learn more about this land: Pull up and let the vacation begin. The Lake Billy Chinook area has everything for the perfect camp trip. There is bike riding, boating, fishing, hiking, ATV riding, swimming, kayaking, lounging and enjoying nature. When you arrive just park in your site. We have 30-amp service but no RV septic hookup. The site is gravel so you may need to level your rig. We have a fantastic outdoor area complete with couch, loungers, BBQ and fire pit. The high desert offers some of the most amazing views of the Cascade Mountains with clear blue skies and some of the best star gazing around. Casa del Lago is a dark sky site. There is a fantastic view of Mount Jefferson from the couch and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful. During the Summer we usually enjoy beautiful sunny days and cool comfortable nights. You can hang out down at the lake and find a spot on the beach to have a picnic. You can also bring your boat or rent one at the Cove Palisades Marina and enjoy water sports. Hosts live in house on property. We are located 4 miles from the lake and are nestled in a rural country neighborhood.

The high desert offers some of the most amazing views of the Cascade Mountains, clear blue skies and some of the best star gazing around. Peace quite and privacy. There is a fantastic view of Mount Jefferson from the couch. Beautiful sunny days and cool comfortable nights. Hang out down at the lake and find a spot on the beach to have a picnic. Water ski, boat hang out. Our site can accommodate 35 foot RV with 30 amp service. ATV ride from your camp site. Car camping is also allowed.

Enjoy Central Oregon and Lake Billy Chinook! Glamping at its best. NEW for 2025 enjoy our beautiful custom rustic, cabin. Perfect getaway in the country sleeps 2. We also have a propane fire pit for those chilly nights, BBQ and outdoor / prep area, small fridge, heated blanket to keep you comfortable and cozy. There is a Porta Potty and a Hot Outdoor Shower as well as a Hot Tub. After dark the real show begins with some of the best star gazing around. Your outdoor area is fenced and private. There is plenty of room to park your toys. The activities include boating, hiking and mountain biking and of course you can just hang out and relax. Deschutes boat landing is only a about 3-miles away. There is a country store, Lake Village Chinook, about a mile away where you can get gas, ice, ice cream, beverages and souvenirs. The hosts do live on site. Need more space for a group? Rent both sites and have a family camp trip.

Went on a get away with my girlfriend and our kitty. Had an amazing time taking in the sights and hiking near the camp as well as smith rock only a short drive away. Susan was absolutely amazing! She was so thoughtful, even had a gift basket with treats for us and our cat, including snacks and a toy for her. Susan also accommodated all of our needs during the cooler time of year and made our time there super simple and relaxing. Would absolutely go back again and would recommend to friends as well. Can’t wait to see what else she can do! :) Susan rocks and the campsite is spectacular!

Great communication and amenities! Susan was very accommodating during the hot spell during my stay! Beautiful area and a nice quiet place to camp! Will definitely stay again if I'm back that way!

Fantastic communication with Susan and she is incredibly thoughtful! It was pretty hot at the location the day before arrival and since Susan knew I was traveling with my dog, she took it upon herself to set up a little kiddy pool for him just in case the weather was still a bit hot. Her thoughtfulness speaks to the amenities on site! Totes with extra supplies in case you forgot something, a sink to wash your hands, and the outdoor furniture is very comfortable. I would definitely consider stopping here again!

Such a wonderful stay. Susan was available for any questions. The backyard setting is beautiful place to have drinks and play games. Make sure to look at the stars at night. Close proximity to the lake and Sisters.
